The Coll de Rates blues!!!! the Alicantinian Alps!!!!!! The best place in the whole wide wotld!!! and you know it!!!!!!
100% agree 👍
Great footage once again. Thanks Artem! 👍
Low cadence training looks like gearing from the 1970's
strength training
In the low 80's Cadence 4 muscular endurance & after a while in the 90's to free up the muscles & lactic acid . Decent watts . And most probably a very long ride of 4-5/6 hrs . Just love it
Only Wilier bikes allowed during this ride!
I told them that my friend owns Wilier, so access to group was granted to me =)
Very good!
Great video guys let’s goooo 🎉🎉
Love there kit as well
Les go Champ. 💪☕️🌱

At 2:00 Overtake by the black Suv, was this not Dangerous?
Astana is my team 🇰🇿♥️✊🏼
nice cool, thank you bro, I hope one day it will be Alpecin
Will be 100%
So good 👍 I want to be there
Were they riding to Vinos house? That would explain the very average speed. After Vino distributed their "vitamins" the ride home took half as long ( yes, I know they are climbing and the ride home might be downhill). Not the point!
Die Werte unten links passen hint und vorn nicht!😅😅
❤🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿
Yes, they're certainly pushing big gears. Which begs the question. Why? When its been proven to be more efficient at a cadence of 90+rpms
Almost all cyclists from different teams have this low cadence in their training plan, especially in winter after off-season
@@artem4ik19 Hi Artem, thank you for your response. Do you know why it's incorporated into their training? I'm a coach & if you want to increase strength it's more practical to do sub maximal or maximal reps e.g. 1 - 4 reps max.😉
@@firstinhealth I will ask them
I am no expert at all but pushing more than spinning keeps my heart rate lower that is why I prefer to push. I have a minimum cadence so I shift if I can’t maintain that. This allows me to keep my heart rate lower during my endurance and tempo paces. It works for me.
First of all the most effective/efficient cadence is around 60-70 for most cyclists but is not the self preferred one because it doesn’t feel that good for most of us. Low cadence at sweet spot is a method to lower the maximal lactate acid building rate aka. vlamax
curious why they are grinding? is that the plan?
Yes, training plan ⚡
