How do they feel riding with you? Do you ask them is it ok to join for a while?
Stay at back of group, thats main rule. For long rides - sure better to ask, for short ride - just follow at the back
I don't know about Europe but I used to live in Santa Rosa CA Sonoma wine country. Lots of euro teams would come there for winter training. I rode with or was passed by Panasonic, east German national team , Motorola, even Greg Lemond came in 88 with Jan Lamerts. They rode from Santa Rosa to Sacramento 118mi I didn't make it over the first MTN only 4300' but those boys just danced away.

Cheers for the videos. One thing that keeps amazing me is how these guys are beasts - and then I do not mean this video alone but all of these bike riders. Also, I asked you a few days ago why no footage of you and Remco having a coffee. Totally understand your response. I was just wondering ... he has got just a bad rep of being arrogant but I also had the opportunity to speak with him like two years ago. And my opinion was ... a down to earth guy who likes to speak his mind, loves cycling and even apologizes when he thinks he 'going to far'. All in all, I found him quite humble being the star he is.
