It was Allen Collins for me. The guy is the most underrated guitarist of all time. Not to mention he wrote the most meaningful Skynyrd songs. Free Bird, Tuesdays Gone, The Ballad of Curtis Loew, The Needle and the Spoon.

Now they're in rock and roll heaven. They're only waiting for Artemis so they will have two drummers with a five guitar army.

I saw Lynyrd Skynyrd about 2 years ago. Man talk about the greatest live show. I have ever seen in my life. The music was incredible sounded just like the f****** CD. They were playing live, there was no backing track. These guys definitely the greatest band live. I've ever seen and i've seen a shit ton of music in my life

That Oakland live concert of free bird was the best they ever played. I loved the can of Bud sitting on the white grand piano on stage. 7/2/1977.
