Nope, they are allocated by Ford. There is no way they would sell anyone 2 let alone 5. Also there's a minimum of 2 years before you can sell it on the used market baked into the contract when you purchase one.

Not sure, but it's said that the 2005/06 Ford GT is the only American car made this century that's actually gone up in value.
I know a few years back a shelby cobra super snake sold for roughly 5.5 mil as well. Ron Pratt was the lucky high bidder.
