    LuZhou is my favorite brand. There are so many flavors from all the brands. Bai Jiu is the best way to have Hot Pot night with friends!

    This was awesome. Chef Wang cooks with Baiiu all the time.....I haven't had any luck finding it here in my area....trying to find a good substitute! I wish I coud taste it. What an awesome experience for you.

      It's hard to find in the states. 99 Ranch stores in California is a huge franchise and they have a good selection. They're 600 miles from me, but I get some Bai Jiu every time I visit CA.
