    It’s the national drink of China, and the biggest-selling spirit on the planet... by a long shot.
    Soon after Tasmanian Ian Sypkes discovered it, he decided to start distilling it, and he’s still journeying through the long and challenging process of getting it just right.

    sorghum itself is a very high resistant crop.. it grows almost on any kind of soil.. making bai jiu is one of a great approach.. in can be marketed as sorghum vodka

      "Baijiu" is correct. 白酒,two characters, one word. No need to separate the characters into two words.
