I love it when she gets really happy when the dumpsters have lots of stuff in them. Another thing is that the stores should donate the stuff. The cost of food now is crazy 👍🙂
There are so many people who could use food that they can't afford yet they are just thrown away thank you both for getting it out of the dumpers and also donating it to places where people can get it.

I wish you’d make more of a social statement on the amount of waste that goes on in this country in an age of all the talk about food insecurities. Need to be working on making thes stores and cooperation s. Change their disposal policies. More food going to homeless shelters.

The grapes and lettuce would be fine. They're grown outdoors, and yes (lettuce), will start to wilt peal the outer leaves off, put them in fridge, and they will be fine. I took them when I was able to go and never got sick. Plus oranges, onions and potatoes. As well. Just take out any bad ones, and they're fine.
Next time you find individual melted chocolate candy packages, flatten them out and freeze them. Now you have chocolate bars!!

kudos to three shepherds..my parents had two the hair was attrocious...Husband and I have a senior pitbull, and two french bull dogs (dont let the size of them sway you...way lot of work) with zero shedding...19 chickens and 22 ducks...at least the feathers are shed outside

It should be a felony for stores to throw away food that can be donated to food banks. It's ridiculous the amount of food that gets thrown away that people who are starving that could & would love to eat it. I really makes me freaking sick how much good food gets thrown away & waisted every single day. Walmart is extremely bad about ordering way more than they need. I've seen them throw away 60-200 dozens of good eggs that they'd just gotten in that day. No joking you. The guy was told to dump them & make sure they break into a dumpster & then he has to lock it as well. He was given 2 dozen long stem red roses with baby's breath. It was Valentines night. He gave them to me instead of throwing them away. I really enjoyed those roses.
