German Girl pretends to not speak Korean when suddenly...Students' Reaction??

- We went to the academy I went to before going to Germany.
I introduced Lina and she gave the teacher a present. I told Lina to give the present in korean and the teacher was surprised! Haha
And the teacher asked Lina if she could come in to the class and talk with the students in German for a bit.
After talking in German with the students she suddenly talks in Korean. What will be the students reaction?
Shall we all watch the video together?

As a european i understand that in 3 weeks while being tought by native german speakers i was able to write a bunch of sentences and i could write low level letters but ofc with grammar and mis spelling mistakes!!
A korean will find it alot easier to learn Japanese and Chinese then english or german. Because they are more closely related. For those of us who are European its alot easier to learn german and english then Korean. I am from Sweden and Swedish tv is 60% american or british content and its only subtitled into swedish and not dubbed. Also you start learning english around the age of 7 and in combination of with mostly american media most swedish people understand English fluently at around 13-15. I think its even earlier now because of glabalisation. in sweden people under 50-60 is pretty good at english. I know german would be quite easy to learn although the Swedish grammar is more like dutch and english. But i think around 30-50 percent of Swedish nouns are derived from German. But not grammar. I lived in Austria for a year and got so suprised how similar it was . I didn´t bother learning german tho cause i knew I was there for such a short amount of time. Yes I wish she would also be a teacher for Korean haha I would definitely take one of her classes xD
If this hadn't any subtitles then I wouldn't understand a thing when the teacher and Lina were speaking german instead of them speaking Korean lol
The Korean teacher's German is sooo amazing. She sounds like a native speaker. I study German at uni, but my professor's pronunciation is too terrible lol
I think a lot of Korean people are really good at languages, especially pronunciation. Of course in other countries, there are many people can speak other languages well too, but Korean people are at much higher level near native.
I know, for example, Swiss people can speak some languages at native level. But it's because they have raised in that languages, in other hand, even Korean haven't, they speak really well.
I don't think they're just flattering Lina when they say how pretty she is~ The realist in me thinks that's the best way to motivate people to learn a foreign language - introduce them to someone attractive who speaks that language ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Fraulein Lina, good job on psyching out those students! It's hard enough speaking in front of people who speak your language and expect you to do so, it's even tougher when you've got "foreign" students in front of you haha
Also, amazing job reading the Klasse advertisement stuff - your inflection sounded like something I WOULD expect from a tv or radio advert for the place! You must've put in a lot of work on your Korean language skills lol
Hahaha I really had fun reading your comment xD Not sure about the first part yeah talking in front of people is really not my thing...thank you~ Yeah I tried my best in reading that out loud ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The way she speaks to the students in German after theyve only been learning for 3 weeks!
OKAY BUT THE KOREAN WOMAN SPEAKING GERMAN IS SO BEAUTIFUL
I need to learn german oof, because all my cousin they are german, and im french oof my goal its german and korean but i dont know too much
Oh wow, than you must have at least some motivation to study german!
@@TV_GutenTag do u have application for that? 😅🤔
Rabia Hakkioglu I’m afraid not ㅠㅡㅠ
Aww I wish I knew another language. I only know English but I’m currently in a Spanish class that hasn’t taught me much 😂
German would be much easier to learn; if you know English and French it is quite straightforward.
The teacher probably understands German perfectly and can talk without being awkward, however... calling it native level German is a bit of a stretch. Anyway everyone is so lovely! my English classrooms felt very depressing in comparison.
When I talked to her it didn‘t feel different than from talking with other germans so I said „on a native level“ ^_^ Yeah it looked fun...ㅠㅠ
@@TV_GutenTag Oh that's right! I focused too much on the accent, because these days I often see native language teachers. Non native teachers might have the advantage that they've been through the same learning process, so they can relate to students' concerns!
Ich wünsch euch alles Gute für euer Vorhaben in Korea :)
the teacher is so kind and sympathetic!
Schade, dass wir kein koreanisch in der Schule lernen. 😭
Leider😭✋
Dafür könnte ich aber Römer nach dem Weg zum Circus Maximus fragen - sofern es beide noch geben würde :D
