There is a documentary, This Is Måneskin, posted on CZcams with English subtitles that is, I think, basically about making their first album that you can check out. They seem really fun, and it's crazy how young they actually are! They're gonna be huge!

They are so fun...damiano really crushed this association game 😉 Damiano, vic and thomas all went to the same school. Damiano and vic had a band that didn t work out, then vic and thomas united and after damiano joined them again and later they found ethan on a facebook page for musician. They really are a close unit and that is because they grew up together, you can actually see they like hanging up together even on their spare time. There are many good interviews with them on youtube. You should also check the unplugged version of torna a casa, its a vocal masterclass and such a beautiful song

They've performed as buskers on the streets of Rome at age 15-17. They started to build their stage presence, skills performing in front of the audience at very young age. No wonder why their bond is so tight. If you watch their live performances closely, they understand each other just with a quick eye contact.

Victoria and Thomas were high school mates. They founded some bands before Måneskin. They knew also Damiano who was also in the same school. They rejected him the first time because they thought he was to pop and funk while Thomas and Victoria were more rock, but then they welcome him onboard Måneskin. They needed a drummer and published an ad on a Facebook group to search for musicians and only Ethan answered. They didn't think Ethan was good at the first meeting (Ethan was not dressed very well, white socks and sandals) but then they heard him play and were satisfied. The name Måneskin was decided in one hour before a music contest they had to participate. Not finding any valid name, they asked Victoria, who is half danish, to throw some random danish names and they chose Måneskin which means moonlight in danish. It was a temporary name. They never changed it.
Em no ahahahaha victoria and Thomas went in the same middle school, then Victoria went to Virgilio and Thomas in another (now I can't remember) meanwhile damiano went at montale highschool... I went in the same highschool of damiano... Nice memories of that period

The band members except for Ethan, have been friends and band mates since middle school. The auditioned drummers and Ethan was the perfect fit it seems and really, they're like their own family. When not touring and back home, they all love in the same house.
Also, on YT there's a 1h 27m docu-style video that is about their main discovery on the 2017 X Factor Italia.
Sadly, they came in second and would go on to win Eurovision 2021, but on the XFI, you get to see some of their early tunes AND when their judge handed them.. what? Why Beggin', of course.
It's a good watch because it truly shows that these guys can do anything. Also, NO romance between any of them. Both Damiano and Ethan have girls and Miss Vic is a lesbian or Bi ... Not sure, and don't know who, if anyone, Thomas, is dating.

"Are you ready" comes from their first album "il ballo della vita" which is a very diverse album, every song is from a different genre and.... i don't know if you are ready for "are you ready" ;)
