How have you been able to achieve such a realistic shading and lighting and render? is there any tutorial for that???
THis is rendered using offline ray tracing renderer like Vray or Arnold. That's how he achieved such a realistic shading and lighting lol !

I am a daz3d user, so... I dont get it complete, this is a different software right?Uhm... so I can create there a Scene and then grab the .jpg image from the render and sue it as background in daz3d or how can I combine it with daz3d?

they're probably too high poly to use in element..you can check the stats on their website though
