The fact that the creepo staring into people's houses was an attorney just proves that you really don't know anything about somebody based purely on their looks, job, money etc.
A lot of criminals join/study careers like law so they can get away with their crimes.
Very true. I agree with you. A guy in my city here in the UK, was arrested many years ago for s**ual as*ault on a number of women. When the police first released a photo, before the arrest, to warn women to be careful of the man and ask for any witnesses to come forward, I was like 😲 The guy was hot! Very very attractive, young and built like an athlete. He was arrested eventually and turns out he was a very successful businessman.
Very rich as well. His looks and success may have been what lured women to him. It's called the Halo Effect in Psychology. This means; We don't tend to assume the worst of attractive successful people. To us success and good looks=decent human. Not true of course but that's what the Halo Effect does to us.
@@AM-mw2wu Yep, apparently women considered Ted Bundy attractive and willingly went with him never thinking anything bad would happen...studies have shown that more attractive people are generally assumed to be more competent/moral etc.
Ted Bundy is an excellent example. I actually can understand the attraction to him. What's scary for me as a woman is I might have fallen for Bundy and the creep in my city as well. Attractive men are my weakness and could be my down fall as well. The Halo Effect is not helpful at all 😒

Hey, he was just looking for that airplane that was making noise!

What father wouldn't do that?
Instead of shouting "im calling the police" through the window ....actually call the police immediatly after you notice a stranger rambling weird shit at your door in the night

Yep. Sometimes you can't prevent doing things that someone else may notice is a routine. The only thing you can do is understand you could be targeted because of your routine and so you have to be very aware of anything around you. It's called situational awareness, and it's good to have that program running in your head at all times.

It would've been creepy if he would've waited until he was confronted to run. Just looks like the new kids added a twist to ding dong ditching, ding dong run and stare menacingly😂
@@deceptOG to be honest one of my first thoughts for that one was that it was some sort of home invasion tactic, ring bell and run far enough away to make the homeowner feel safe coming out to confront you for it, only to get jumped by your accomplice who is just out of sight around the corner of the house
When I was a kid in Atlanta, we had something exactly like that last one happen. I heard 2 people at the front door and went to look out the window from my bedroom and saw 2 guys wearing yellow vests and 1 of them had a pry bar and was and was trying to get in the door. My Dad got the pump shotgun, racked a round and then knocked on the door from the inside. I've never seen 2 guys run so fast stumbling over themselves. This was way back in 1991

“Let me in” sounds like someone playing a prank
The woman who originally posted that vid strikes me as completely full of shit. The "intruder" sounds alot like her putting on a stupid act.
That was my first thought. My brother and me pulled a similar prank on my sister once while she was babysitting (this was at over 40 years ago) and almost got shot by the neighbor.

Anything uploaded on TikTok is highly suspect.
No seriously, it irritates me how so many people fall for content like this. It’s always vague enough to start a debate in the comments, because free engagement. There’s no real story accompanying it, and you would think the footage would include the “stranger” walking up to the stairs, because you can see the bottom steps. But it doesn’t.
😂
While often true, from a general standpoint it’s important to think critically, and avoid making sweeping judgements either way.
Letting a set precedent dictate each individual case you come across retroactively reinforces that confirmation bias. So then, that’s all you’ll see or remember. Goes for those who believe everything, and those that believe nothing.
@@HeiserPlays
(EDIT; clip mixup! - thought there was confusion or a misunderstanding about *this* case; due to the bottom of the stairs” part, and me seeing that clip of Donovan circulate on TikTok a long while back before there was more updates.
Disregard!)
Did you watch the rest of that part of the video though?
Because that same man was reported elsewhere and eventually apprehended in the same neighborhood.
Security footage was clear enough to identify him as 27 year old Donovan Johnson.
And on top of that, a bankruptcy attorney.
You could say that maybe the woman isn’t being truthful about what happened off camera, but it kinda wouldn’t make a ton of sense in my opinion at least. Especially bc that could interefere with the police case.
@@Tayl0r_ You mean, did I watch the next, unrelated clip talking about a completely different incident in a completely different part of the country? Because the case you're talking about has nothing to do with the TikTok. The narrator clearly states at the end of the TikTok segment that there have been no further updates, before a crossfade to the clip you're talking about. Before you come in talking like an armchair psychologist, maybe you should make sure we're actually on the same page.

That was one hell of a pic lmao
Love the first story. The father was not playing around❤
14:48 how do you wait that long B4 you say sumthin? he was watchin that like a Netflix show
The scratching and lite rapping at the door on the "Let me in" video, Legitimate chills and gooseflesh. Staged or real, great fx and job well done👍
Really? I thought it was more funny than anything else. Maybe creepy if it happened in real life, but it's possible I might ask if they need a lozenge - through the door. Because I don't open my door to anyone I don't know anymore from enough lessons RL's taught me.
Sounded like a kid trying to be funny, and maybe get himself killed if he tried it on the wrong person.
And i was just about to turn my phone off and go to sleep, but this channel is always the perfect thing to watch in bed in the dark
Same here
At 10:14 that cop looking at him like "I wish you would do something". 😆
The driver of the truck should have been arrested for that blonde bowl haircut.🤣🤣🤣
Thank GOD for that boys father coming out and confronting that creep.
"woman might possibly be sleepwalking" yeah sure, in full outerwear and with an umbrella to boot. lmao
You don't know how sleepwalking happens, do you?
@@multifandombish1855My sister has sleepwalked numerous times and she didn't change from her pajama, and once she was up she tried opening the door to go outside.
So yeah she doesn't seem like a sleepwalker although possibly under some illness or assisting house invaders.
Redditors are not the smartest of people.
There have been incidents of people driving somewhere while still asleep so it is possible.
The narrators voice is phenomenal. Naturally perfect for this. How gifted. I mean he's talented as well.
I don't blame the 13 year old ( or anyone for that matter) for freezing up when that creep approach him . Even though parents can tell us to be careful of strangers, when something actually happens, your brain is processing so much at the same time. Processing what is happening, the vibes not feeling right, fear, trying to remember cautionary info, it's a very stressful moment that feels like forever.
Years ago I was awoken from a guy knocking on the my door, when I answered he was just high as hell on something and he was just gone, after talking with him he just up and left. Stay off drugs kids…..
2nd video. "Let me in..."
"Yes, Satan?" 😂
😆
You mean "Yes, Mother in-law"
@@Reaper-3000OOOOH! 🤣
