- Using my FX Dreamline in .177 shooting JSB 8.4 at 730 fps at one of the dairy farms that has so many of these pest birds. Poor cows have bird crap on them all the time and in their food. Disgusting. Thinning them out so that they can be happy again.

As an avid North American bird watcher, I can tell you that this is one of the most beautiful videos ever put on CZcams.
You are too kind. 😊😊☺☺
Omg... Man you found a goldmine! Starling plinking time!
I am lucky enough to have found 3 different gold mines... :)
You do not have the following that you should have. You're a good shot and your videos are a welcome addition! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Sam. I will keep plugging away.
Excellent Mathew! Love this Starling shooting gallery!
Thanks Freebird!!
Mesmerizing vid. 👍🏼👍🏼
Brilliant video mate and First class shooting, great job, Cheers
I am an old lady in a high rise, watching you knock these pests off their perches is so immensley satisfying.
Stellar shooting sir!! That’s quite the pest problem ya got there! Good to see they are cooperative in their demise.. cool setup you have too!
Thanks Shawn, glad you enjoyed. :)
Awesome video and shooting skills!! 👍👍 No shortage of targets either! 😯
I get some of those invasive, aggressive and disease carrying here too, but I find when I ping off a few of them and just leave them lay on the ground, the others seem to get the idea that my yard is a "no fly zone", lol. Of course you're dealing with much higher numbers than I am.
Excellent. I always pick them up just because of what you just stated regarding their behavior. I want them to keep showing up so that I get more targets to shoot. 😉
I would say doubles are more exciting than hangers ! Enjoyed vid 👍💯
Thanks James. :)
Yeah I saw him get a few doubles! I had a hanger a few months ago on a power line, it hung upside down for about 20 secs before it dropped.
Keep up the great work! I've been doing pretty good with just my BB rifle here.
😆🙃😉
Nice set up. Yeah, on low power = a ton of shots! :-)
That was great! I hate starlings and sparrows. Too bad I can’t shoot them in my yard in a safe manner because of the close proximity to my neighbors. I did order a suet feeder and I’m thinking of setting it up with a backstop so I can shoot them out of my window.
Fantastic. They are such a menace. I have tried with different gear but never seem to find the accuracy. May have to spend more. Great job :)
Thanks very much. Glad you enjoyed.
I get 60/70 good shots in both 1.77 and .22 @ 12ft Ibs. I'm saving up for a Pard as yours looks tip top. Thanks for the vids, had two hangers recently!!!
What are you shooting? The Dreamline gives me 275 shots in .177 at 750fps.
@@midwestairgunner8500 Air Arms S410's, that's before dropping down below 120 psi, but I hit well out to 70 yd's. absolutely sweet up to 60! Use the JSB supers and they make a satisfying whack with the .22!! Waiting for a new bait station to take off, then hit the bane of out forests and woods, the grey tree rat/squirrel. They're good fun if you have the time and terrain.
Good job and good shooting!
Thanks Pm. :)
holy crap and I thought I had a starling problem lol
Dang I feel like such a novice with my set-up.
Fantastic shooting buddy that is bloody crazy with the amount of starlins wear🙄do you start bro👍👍un real my friend fx is on form as you are pulling the trigger bro brilliant film stay safe please🤣🛸ow ye that 75yard shot that was a brilliant shot buddy un real👍👍
Yes. I liked that shot as well.
You are such a mean horrible person!!!! How dare you shoot all of these starlings AND NOT INVITE ME!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Good job, bud.
Too funny! Thanks for the comment!! 😁
First time seeing a use for a pcp in semi auto. Would you ever consider using one? How do you find shooting opportunities like that?
Yes. As long as it was not too powerful and light weight. Just stop by farms and talk to the farmer. At one farm I stopped to farmer on the road, told him I saw he had lots of birds on his farm. He said yes he did. I then asked him if he liked them. When he said no, that was my opportunity. I took it and he said yes.
That’s awesome. Good job. Are you able to charge a nominal fee to cover some costs? Thank you.
@@terminadorairgunsandoutdoors I get access to all their land for hunting and I have some where to shoot for free. That is my payment.
@@midwestairgunner8500 ,thats what I’m talking about. You give me acess to your farms where theres shooting like that, and I will pay YOU!! Lol😂
Excellent vid! But I have a question MA!
My uncle does pest control but his local dairy farmer doesn't want any lead/metal pellets to get mixed into the cows feed. Are you not concerned about this, and if so why/why not?
I can probably count on one hand the number of times I shot at birds that were in with the cow silage, so no, it has not been a concern for me at all.
It appears this structure ceiling has been foamed installed.
@@rogergoodwin5533 Correct.
OMG !! JACKPOT !!!
It is a lot fun...I cannot lie....
Pure gold
I agree completely 😉
Wish I found a place like that
How much did your setup cost? I need something quiet that I can use. These birds come every year and devour my Cherry 🍒 Trees 🌲 in a few days. They are massive swarms that have nested in the area for years and keep growing
You can get a much cheaper set up than mine to do the same thing. Airgun was $1,400 and nite sight was $700.
@@midwestairgunner8500 Thank you I'm going to look into this! I wish these birds were being covered on the news. But everyone is so mental these days it's kept quiet even though it's a very real and serious problems farmers have to face.
Having trouble finding them clear shot living in the city I'm not sure what to do.....
Nice! That must have been great fun! If you had semi auto hi cap mag omg
Yes. It was a lot of fun to say the least. 😁
I’m currently dispatching some that are sneaking into our coop to roost and poop on our chickens backs!
Did you have any success? How many so far?
I recently started watching videos on airgun101, was kinda disappointed i didn't see any of your videos on there
I have posted most of them on airgun101. Look under Airgun_hack.
i'm sitting here mesmerised watching the destruction...
Glad you enjoyed it. 🙂
Do you go about afterwards and clean up/make sure things are dead? I’m one of those “kill as quickly as possible and make sure it’s dead” folks.
Absolutely. The cats help sometimes too.
Thank you from our American Robin, (Starling Flock came in & stripped all food source in yard).
Seems like you have alot of work to do. There's so many!
Their numbers are down significantly vs. when I started 3 years ago or so.
Damn you good 👍
Thanks Blake. :)
Its like a demon in berzerk with all these kills..
👍👍👍👍
there needs go be government incentive for sportsmen to purge these birds from North America
I AGREE !!
Wish I could do the same. Here in Ireland it's probably illegal as they are native species, but boy... are they a nuisance? No bird has ever annoyed me so much! They shit on my car and windows all around my house every single day...tons of shit. And they sneak into the house through the chimney...I find a dead starting inside my house every month 😬
Agree!
Lucky I'm using iron sights
😅🤣😂
Really a great job. You could shoot hundreds in a single session, with air and lead refills
Usually get 250 or so per session....
That gun is shooting to the left. 🤦♂️
There like bats in a cave
It’s all about the bacon and the sparrows buddy
I suppose there has to be horrible cruel people as well as kind nice people on the planet.
You obviously have no idea what starlings do to farmers and our native bird species.
@@midwestairgunner8500 you obviously have no ideas.
You know what be fun if you can do it with a remote control ac 130. I know i sound heartless but European starlings are no laughing matter they need to be taken care of. Not through extinction but the population needs to be put under control so people can love happily
Lights out shooting fest. Haa
Dammm someone hand me a gun 😂
🙃🙂😂
Why are you killing them?
Invasive bird species that does not belong in the USA and competes and destroys our native bird species. Droppings in dairy farms exposes cattle to diseases.
Destroy starlings for a better world.
Don't shoot starlings
There is something legal...and not illegal to do
@@user-mx8qf4vq1k why not?
they pests bro 💀
This might be unpopular opinion, and I do not mean any disrespect to anyone with opposing views, but we are all species of this world, it’s their planet just as it’s ours. Yes they are destructive, but so are we, humans cause pollution, wars, poaching and much more! And all of that has effected many other species and even caused many to go extinct. Not to mention they are highly intelligent birds and very beautiful. It’s not by any means their fault, their existence and their activities are part of nature, and nature is perfect the way it is. They don’t know that they are causing harm, they just do what Mother Nature taught them. Other species deal with human destruction, we should be able to deal with theirs .
As they are an invasive species, ie they don't belong here, I am doing my part to help our native species continue to survive as per your views noted. It is hard enough for our native species to survive let alone thrive. Adding Starlings and English sparrows to the mix is like tying one of their wings and telling them to fly. Not too successful.

I am happy that you enjoyed the videos...
