The Ultimate Starling Video

Picking up where the previous starling video left off, I'm back at the dairy barn to reduce the starling population at this farm. It is January 3rd, 2022 and I am using the FX Dreamline in .177 with the PARD NV008 nite sight. Shooting JSB 8.4 pellets at 750 fps and the regulator set a 100 bar. 18 full minutes of fun. Upstate New York, they are showing up more and more every year. A neighbor down the street seems to be unknowingly feeding them too, which doesn’t help. The scenes with dozens in a row - good lord. Great video and great job :)

Yes. Definitely making a dent. Instead of a whole barn with starlings, it is not about 1/4 of the barn.

You are pushing the pellets too fast unless you are doing repair work on the roof. 750 fps will punch through metal siding and roof.

Nope. The pellet I use does not go thru the siding or the roof. After over 5,000 shots inside barns, the farmers would have let me known a long time ago if that was the case.
