Been more than getting by w/4-6 hours sleep since early teen -college and now more than half way threw my 30's . Moderate to heavy amounts of activity and steady moderate to heavy fitness routine the entire time besides a 4-6 month period off for injury recovery in late 20's ... Never had an issue except a 3 year period when my better halfs kid sister had a baby while still in high school . It was an ugly situation and ended up with the sister and new baby living with us while she tried to finish school and start college . Being a child herself she did what children do in their teens and the situation devolved and the baby became our responsibility ... Long story short , that same 4-6 hours that was totally sufficient for a fairly active life style became completely insufficient in prepping and caring for 1 little baby boy . Literally everything but the baby fell by the wayside and every ounce of time and energy was centered around trying to do what needed to be done for the twerp ! Even with the both of us (+help from friends and fam) it seemed like we could not "get on top" of things or get "out of the weeds" . I went from never even thinking about needing rest to thinking of nothing but rest !! When talking w/friends with kids we were told that lil dude was an "easy" one too !!! We were informed that this is just how it is !!! OMG !!! I was absolutely blindsided !!! I had , we had planned for children throughout the coarse of our relationship and it was nothing like I had imagined it would be . I imagined it'd be difficult but it far exceeded what I had thought by 1000x!!! Can honestly say it's the only thing I've ever applied myself to 100% and and sad to admit I was a step behind the entire time . Would do it all over again in a heartbeat and that time gave us some our best memories together as well as it being awesome helping make a person !! I will say that after it all was settled and his mom got her shit together and made a home for him and her ... We decided that we were no where near a place in our careers or finances to commit to that lifestyle for a minimum of 18 years !! So prospective parents ... Don't get ready for altered sleeping patterns ... Get ready for no sleeping patterns !!! Sneaking an hour in the garage or 15 min while she's giving the kid a bath etc ...

I usually sleep about 4 hours on weekdays, sometimes skipping a day of sleep if I really need to finish stuff and sleep like 12 hours on weekends. It's ridiculous to do, but it's helped me stay on task when I have a lot of stuff to do in college.
I wish Brendan would talk more about the actual fight and techniques used, Bryan tries to push the convo that way but Brendan always concentrates on status, match up, money, business etc. When it comes to actual techniques and game plans he just says "he's a world class striker".
Not knocking Brendan but I'd enjoy it if he went into what that is and why Till beat Cerrone. Maybe I'm at the wrong channel for that. I dunno.
