When do you think Burning Crusade will return? 🤔
I dont know but the need a few tbc servers
The end of TBC Classic was top tier. Everything just ran so well and so smooth. I kind of miss it!
I'd love to play TBC. Spent most of my time on it when I played wow.
a couple of each: vanilla, TBC and Wotlk servers so people can play all of it again with free character migration
BUT ONLY ONE REALM on each east and west and eu. so that way the server will be populated 50/50 like warmane is. Its coming in due time i feel.
Or a cyclical vanilla progression to wrath then restart. 3.5/4 duration and each cycle brings new generations.
It's crazy because I've been missing TBC sooooo bad. Even during Wrath i was wanting TBC servers. Tbc has such an incredible aesthetic, the raids were fun and it truly felt like Warcraft, even more so than Wrath. Not to mention all the PVP, mannn Sfury destro was so bad in pvp but the shit was still fun af
PvP was fun besides all the rng involved. It hurts getting 5 resists in a row
@@davidcardinal3654 that was actually my only complaint with TBC... Well that and deathwish 😂 but besides that I had a blast with it. I firmly believe if resists hasn't been so bad, TBC probably would've been the best PvP of any WoW xpac
Every single expansion of WoW houses some people's favorite time in the game. For me that is Mists of Pandaria and Legion.
I'd love to see 1 server for each expac. If it gets too big, start sharding or just roll a new progression server.
Everquest has been doing this for YEARS and people rather enjoy it!
The only reason i would pay money to the scummy company is if we had a permanent BC server
greedy blizz does not deserve your hard earned $$, all they care about is making $$ through boosts & wow token..
I had way more fun on a WoTLK private server that actually ran on the 3.3.5 client & not classic running on top the legion client with spell batching, layering & other nonsense
I don't really think era servers stuck in their last phase appeal to that many people at all. Classic era has been stuck in it's last phase for 4 years at this point. It's stagnant. Sure, it can be nice to pop by every so often, but ultimately that journey finished years ago.
Classic isn't just the content - it's a community journey through the phases. It's meeting new people, levelling up together, joining guilds with these people, helping fight off the opposite faction, farming pre-bis, attuning your friends to raid, raiding each phase's raid as it comes out and gearing up ready for the next phase and enjoying all the events that come along the way.
Which is to say that TBC and WotlK era servers that will start or end up in a forever state of the last phase wouldn't really scratch that itch for many. So the next option is seasonal servers. My issue with that is that they often come packaged with a faster release schedule, an XP buff, and often some twist, because hey - it's temporary anyway, right? I've always thought this take was silly, because ultimately every expansion is temporary. There's a soft reset with every expansion's release.
It ain't perfect, but if I had the say at Blizzard, I'd have Classic through to Wrath on a cycle. No faster release. No XP buff. No store mounts, boosts, WoW tokens, or anything like that. No conviniences to make to appeal to the "new" Classic audience. Let it foster it's own community that, for the most part, won't be swayed by the next new retail or "new Classic expansion".
I truly hope 2019 wasn't the only chance we'll have to get progressive Classic servers. With this kind of cadence again, players may drop in and out depending on where it is in the cycle and which part they enjoy, but the playerbase should remain healthy. And there'll be a decent enough gap between the expansions to allow that itch for whatever your favourite iteration is to come back again.
actually for 14 years private servers have had big and stable populations (mostly Wrath, but a few TBC servers) & I had more fun on priv servers due to no gdkps, no WoW token & many did not sell level boosts. It's clear people want to play what expansion they prefer, so Blizz could have tbc & wrath servers. Having 3 versions of the same old Vanilla is boring, hardcore or SoD (which is giving tbc & wrath, retail abilities to vanilla)
To be honest, private servers did it better
I used to think I didn't want any level boosts in classic, but if I'm being honest with myself I have no desire to slog through the Vanilla leveling experience again. When I first played WoW in 2005 it took me a calendar year to get my Rogue from 1 to 60, and even longer to get my Paladin from 1 to 70 in TBC. That was when I was in high school and really didn't have any obligations that sucked up my time every day outside of school.
If they did do a brand new TBC server, I would honestly appreciate the option to skip the Vanilla leveling portion and start with a level 60 character with okay, but not great gear so that I could get right into TBC. This was by far my favorite expansion and I really enjoyed my time re-living it when TBC Classic was released a few years ago.
and then boosty boy bots would be everywhere just like tbc classic
I think in time, SoD is inevitably going to come to BC. I wouldn't mind an ecosystem that supports some sort of Classic-BC-WotLK sphere, though i don't know how they'd manage it without diluting the playerbase too much.
TBC IS the classic plus that people talk of...they just don't know it.
100%
Id play the shit out of Fresh TBC era server.
TBC was amazing back in the day played it in a cyber cafe full of crazy South Korean gamers
I really miss perverted tbc retribution pally rotation.God, those proc crits...
Vanilla World with TBC class abilities and talents. then add up and finish the old zones:)
Sounds like a Classic+ 😉
That’s pretty much what Project Epoch is exactly. 3.3.5 client for client features, 2.4.3 classes/talents (with custom polish) locked in Azeroth maps.
@@brandonkruse6412 looks good:) eager to see what Turtle WoW 2.0 is about. 07.07.2024 they gonna make an announcement:)
and add arenas
Look up project epoch classic +
TBC is the best sweetspot for me imo. WotLK isn't my cup of tea and vanilla is great but could use the extra content TBC added. That's why I would play TBC. It's the perfect blend of old and new for my taste.
Raid progression without catch up. No lfg tool. Large land mass and slow leveling. Thats why people love it.
As a warrior I did not like TBC or WOTLK due to how hard it was to find a guild let alone a good one. “Need big pumper warrior?” -> “LOL nope” -
Also having next to no mobility so having endless CC in arena.
Cataclysm is much more enjoyable in that sense. However, I still enjoyed TBC and WOTLK and played them both heavily, it would be nice to have era servers, it’s a no brainer!
i would play BC again but without GDKP and Logs
Tbh wow all together would feel slightly better without gdkp
RP servers or normal servers often don't have it
i personally liked gdkp, if you were in a pug that wasnt gdkp it was almost always one of the most painful experiences in the game. you didnt need a huge bankroll to get into most of them either. people who went to gdkps didnt go for the gold or for the gear usually, that was a side objective it was mostly because if you went to a gdkp the chances of you actually clearing the content was much, much higher
Just don't play on PVP servers
@@austinhensley6553 people didn't usually go to gdkp for gold or gear? You're an idiot.
I think they should do rolling Remixes of classic content. Like Vanilla: Remix, TBC: Remix, WotLK: Remix, etc. Or season of discovery for each of the expansions.
I don't think there should be a static TBC or WotLK server. It serves no purpose other than nostalgia. I used to hardcore play TBC. Hit 70 as a hunter and hit sunwell often. Was around when WotLK came out. Played release day. But I still wouldn't want to be trapped in a server where there will never be any progression.
I would play tbc server once again only if they released not nerfed HC dungeons . we all are kinda good at the game and we want it a bit spicer
blizzard could literally fix 50% of their problems if they simply enforced restrictions on bots, gold buyers/sellers. They do this seemingly on private servers with no issues. Players just don't like playing a game with people who don't play by the rules, and in most cases it ruins the economy.
I won’t come back until we get TBC era
Step 1
Demand TBC
Step 2
Rush to lvl 70
Step 3
Buy gold
Step 4
Run GDKP
Step 5
Quit the game
Step 6
Repeat
Have classic, tbc and wotlk era servers only. Or have seasonal classic all the way to wotlk servers on a cycle but without any boost gdkp tokens etc.
i loved burning crusade the most.
played it from start to finish both times - i think about my most recent experience playing it atleast once a week.
wotlk sucked, cata sucks, vanilla sucks.
bc is king.
They should just giveplayers every classic option servers till WOTLK . Anyway my favorite is Vanilla.
Bring it back!
Burning crusade was great game play with ok lore/story. Lich king was ok game play with great lore/story
I´m a cata, mop wow style fan :D
we want bc +
Because TBC was peak WoW.
era has so many dead servers just take some of them down and turn then into TBC and lich king era
"Cataclysm classic" :D The Joke of the year...
why do people want it?
simple: they dont have acces to it
players do not want tbh back so soon. it will be as dead as season of master was or worse.
Wow was never good
I would like to see them expand sod/classic+ into TBC. Although it needs to be done right
burning crusade is terrible in todays min-max culture lol. the worst classic easily until they release wod classic lol. classic needs to stay as vanilla.
Nah we played it not too long ago. It was better than vanilla for sure but that’s not a high bar. Wotlk is much better and Cata even more so. All resources should go to MoP classic now, not shit we just played .
why do "some" players want burning crusade back.. most players dont. deal with it
Era servers are dead. Why would they make more dead servers?
Wrath era server won’t be dead. Just 1 pvp server with faction balance will be poping forever.
era servers aren't dead, most are but go to the popular bundles like whitemane and it's far from dead
@@alextalksstocks96 there are cross servers now anyways? I saw people from different servers when I played in Durotar
No they aren't dead there 1 pvp and 1 pve server at medium and all the other servers are connected to each other, pvp with pvp and pve with pve.
You can dungeon thru all content and raid from zg to naxx.. has active players and guilds.. how is it dead then?
Tbc is the worst expansion of them all
TBC is literally what we're ALL asking them to emulate in every new version... you're completely clueless
@@smoothierip5693 ALL = you and 5 more people?
@@mindgr13 like i said.. completely fkn clueless LOL
Exploration and adventure, my friend. TBC was trully magical
Bro panda is trash
no one wants TBC LMAO
Cope harder, lmao
Alot of people do, myself included.
TBC is actually fun unlike cata
Tbc is the best exoansion wow ever had.
This is brain rot. Stop being in denial living in the past and just play retail or quit.
