      They are really unparalleled, especially in wildlife photography.
      The making-of featurettes are great to learn about how committed, extreme, and diverse the experiences are for capturing even seemingly mundane shots.

    For some reason during the chase scene, I just imagine that it's like Top Gun and the young crane is just saying things like "He's right on my tail" and "I can't shake him!" before getting struck down by the enemy fighters (eagles).
    EDIT: Big up the cameramen for capturing such amazing footage.

    It's amazing how the golden eagles can seperate one from the flock and then kill it off. And that drop... WAS AMAZING!

    That's where air to air combat tactics and techniques come from. Golden eagles, peregrine falcons and goshawks are the best teachers in air to air combat

      Some drones can fly as high as 6 km. All you need is a permit to fly them there.

    I want to see how the eagle recovers the altitude after catching the crane, that is the most important part.

      she had SO MUCH empty space below her to do it....I am sure it was just a case of getting a good hold on it....after breaking it's neck, then, finding a good rising thermal close by to climb......They can actually see the thermals...........To kill it, in mid air..... was the most important thing to the eagle........ The difficult struggle with big flapping wings of the crane, was the first thing to stop....and stop it , she did, and very fast...Amazing power and intelligence...I am sure this method of crane hunting was something that she and her mate had been practicing and perfecting, for many years.......A crane is a big bird, that could feed both eagles for a couple days....

I know that video is fake, but not the ones of golden eagles pulling 50lb goats off the side of cliffs. I didnt say it could fly off with the child, only meant they could make them leave the ground.

      Wow - such a high level of esoteric thought. Come on dude. Obviously I think you've been brainwashed in your lame education. You think I'm brainwashed in my spiritual belief. Do some research, not only on the young earth theory where you'll find compelling scientific argument from top scientists, maybe go see Noah's ark in Kentucky where it - in a life size model - shows an easily plausible way the ark and life in it could have performed their Biblical purpose, and finally research how to respectfully put yourself in another person's shoes so you may begin to have understanding why intelligent people actually think other ways than you do.

And why again worldwide there are oceanic fossils and shells in the middle of plains, deserts, mountaintops. You can ignore the obvious if you want to, but you may just find some freedom realizing there are politically motivated reasons your educators wanted you to believe what you now do.
