After watching this, I'm not surprised to see how that Cap was in Infinity War for less than ten minutes.
Cap didn't get a lot of screen time in Infinity War and I heard some people say that they forgot that Captain America was even in Infinity War-which is a testament to how much he is barely in the film.
But there was so much that was going on in Infinity War, that I'm just impressed that the Russo brothers(the directors) and the writers of Infinity War, were able to pull it off and make it all work.
Endgame was when Cap really stepped forward and got more screen time and heroic moments and he was one of the main characters in Endgame, so it still all worked out in the end.
Cap got the most screen time in every avengers film except infinty war. He originally wasn’t even going to be in the movie, but the directors realized one of the two main stars of the franchise can’t be left out of the finale

I heard somewhere he'd literally hop into the movie saving Vision's ass. Imagine the entire film play out the way it did and you freak out Captain Fucking America sprints out of the woods in damn Wakanda that's a battlefield right now, he looks all wounded, suit damage, grew a fucking beard and leaps last second to aid an old friend. That would have been a surprising entrance but I'm super happy he got more screen time.

Maybe I'm late to the party, but when Cap tells Vision to get out of there, he uses the EXACT same line in Captain America 1, when he's just trying to sacrifice himself over a grenade. I think that's quite symbolic! Even if it was a coincidence, the writers subconsciously put it in there beautifully XD
I believe the reason Thanos was shocked at Steve holding him back is because he didn't expect so much out of a human but steve is a super soldier, my opinion tho

I remember this scene while watching it on IMAX! on cap entry's i jumped out of my seat with joy howling like a wolf!
For a country with such advanced science and tonnes of vibranium, wakanda had a pretty poor defence. I was disappointed.
And all cap haters who undermine his strengths. Remember that he's the only one who survived a full powered punch to the head from freaking Thanos.also he's the only one who got up again after thanos threw them off using power stone. Also he's the only one who never needs any weapon against aliens( against black order he went to fight without an armor or weapon or shield) that's how bad-ass he is !!! He may not be the strongest avenger. But he has the most sheer will and determination. The most brave Avenger for sure.

Okay I am no cap-hater, but there was a theory I read somewhere that when thanos used the time stone to bring vision back to life, he also rewinded time of the surroundings which is probably why cap was able to get up after that punch (which would have been enough to kill him or at least give him a serious head injury) and hulk buster was able to fight again (it had collapsed under the rocks in a previous scene). But yes, the fact that he got up in endgame when neither Tony nor thor did, is enough to prove your point.

Watching Bucky vanish and die so quickly is really painful as a viewer, not because we're really all that attached to him, but because he was the subject of two movies and the reason the Avengers disbanded in the first place.

I love how Captain America wasn’t Captain America in this movie, he went rouge and was just Steve Rogers, it was interesting to see a deviation from the traditional, perfect character he used to be (who I like a lot as well, just interesting to see a different side)
