In some circumstances, if the restrained has a probability of some sort of revenge attack, you can be granted a temp one.
I had to get one bc my ex threatened to hit me with a car via a meme on instagram and some vaguely threatening voicemails and text, which counted as intent.

Most big deal documents like that need to be notarized to hold water unless there’s an obvious transfer of value ie he has proof he gave her money to buy her out of her equity in the property. Even then you still really should get major contestable documents notarized.

I’ve been listening to this CZcams channel at work for most of the day for the past month and a bit. I kinda feel like a sociopath. Story is fake as hell, it reads like a YA novel. "Beauty and wit", "poignant woman" "I was mesmerized by her aura"? Yeah, this is definitely a "real" story. I wish people would stop using minecraft plays as the backdrop, or at least fade it out or something. It is really distracting and when it gets busy it can give me headaches, especially that bit at the very end where he just dances around flicking the camera all over.
