@terylsmile3642 he is just assuming that's what was happening, cuz like he mentioned there were other people trying to get in but it was locked therefore on camara he would see others wiggling the door knocking and giving up on using that restroom.
Same for calling his wife, that's really the only reason his wife would have known that he was waiting on her to get to the restroom, not like he can send brain waves to her from the bathroom.
