Ride a horse, hit with katana. Run to grace after dragon is dead. Rest fast. Mother dragon respawn and it give 50000 runes. Repeat. 2:min 50000 runes. Easy early farm. It still work.

@@Cinematograper the minimum requirements in agility for the Katana are 14 agility, the morning star needs only 8 here. So you can go much faster with non-agility builds to bleed damage. I think it’s the fastest way early on.
When it comes to farming runes the mohg palace road crow method has always been the best there's no need to go after this dragon except for the dragon hearts and the dragon incantation it unlocks
1. You can access greyoll before moghwyn 2. This isn't a farm it's big boost early game 3. The albinaurics drop more runes in total for a quicker farm at the exact same spot as the bird
@azathoth420 Absolutely, that's a very viable option, but you can get just strong enough to take out godrick by going through stormveil castle along with nepheli's help. To me, it's just better to take the extra time to advance varres questline. The only difficult part is eliminating the tower of madness. You can run right past vyke to the church and activate the grace, and the rest is easy money. I know the Albin collectively drop more runes anyone who's played the game long enough should know that by now but at the early stages its not viable to farm them you're too weak to kill them in a speedy fashion and you have no access to a.o.e weapons or spells. The red Albin can kill you quickly if you're not paying attention that's why it is safer to just farm the crow for a while. Both methods work. it's just a matter of preference.
Waygate by the Third Church of Marika takes you to Bestial Sanctum right by the dragon, no need to go all the the way east. Also this is very commonly known info and I don’t know why you felt the need to make this vid lol.
You can literally head there after getting Torrent and any weapon that does bleed and you have stats for. If that sounds hard I dont know what to tell you man.

Theres a portal shortcut, and if you turn around and rest at the grace before it despawns you can kill as many times as you want.

For everyone without the stats for katana, the little morning star will do it too. You can get it easily from the first giants convoy.

If you rest at fort faroth fast enough (don't fast travel, torrent sprint), greyoll won't despawn and can be farmed infinitely
