I still use incinerate at level 100 right now. I don't have masterworked gear at all and I can get 70mil ticks on the dummy and I'm breezing through the pit right now. Just about to hit T70 and it's still fairly smooth. I really hope people don't just dismiss the potential of incinerate in the endgame this season. I think it could finally be good!
I have a build coming up for lvl 40-70 using Charged Bolts. Working on the video now. Should be up by tomorrow. It's similar to the build I used in Season 3.
