People who have poured a bucket full of water overhead must be knowing how fantastic it feels. No shower can do it until unless the shower head has a built like a downpour rain is pouring over. My shower broke and I used small bucket to take shower. After a long time I realized how it feels and shower head doesn't give that much satisfaction

Try bathing under a tubewell. Tubewells in& around delhi are 3-4 inch pumped by a 5 to 10 hp motor.
Ever taken a bath on a well? When a 4-5 liter bucket replaces a bathroom mug and you pour 8-10 at a stretch as body wetting, it beats even the tubewell.

Hey just for clarification. If Sadhguru with all due respect 🙏 is saying that we should start pouring water from our head then only to our body. You also says that before people used to bathe in the river which is very good for health. But when we go for a bath in river first we go inside the river and the lower body first comes into contact with water after which we dip whole body into the water which causes our head to become wet later.
      These two things are contradictory.

Here the logic of putting cold water on head first contradicts with the logic of river dips where your body starting from legs gets water contact first and last to the head portion.
Cold water for sure is best, but I think for replicating river dips, legs to head should be the wetting sequence.
Plus a lot of water is also saved!!!

I also don't agree with head first. And ayurveda says if water is cold start bathing from the legs, so hot blood rushes towards legs.
And with hot water start bathing from the head, so sudden flow of blood is always directed away from the head.
      Am I wrong?

a dip in the river should only happen after a bath at home, our ancient saints and sages never recommended to transfer our body dirt to the river. a holy dip means just 3 times dip in the river and come out of the river. i have red in this in one of the sanskrit texts that one cannot directly take bath in the river , to ward off body dirt first one must take a bath at home initially. Rivers were never meant for soap and shampoo bath in india.

No Mr. Chennaiboy, you went too far in this regard. indian people were sensible enough to manage to get water for basic needs and even for irrigation and the kings made sure to keep the river clean. ofcourse after we gave up on everything during continuous invasions , people lost that civic sense not to take bath in a water source that is making people live.

From the ancient wise men. The purpose of any Lifetime.
You are not the body and mind you are Eternal Spirit trapped in the body, you have forgotten over many incarnations.
The Matrix is your own bio computer brain machine that keeps You in the illusion of being a physical Being in a physical world via the nervous system and the five senses.
Meditation is putting the body and mind to sleep but staying Awake and Alert inside so you can re experience your Self as Eternal Spirit again,
If you remain in this state after Meditation its called Nirvana, Samadhi , The Tao,Self Realization Yogananda, the Inner Witness Krishnamurti, Leaving the Body but not dying Socrates b Ramana Maharshi, Krishnamurti, Obtaining the Golden Fleece Greek mythology, Heaven within Luke 17-21, Garden of Eden, The Holy Grail of Eternal, AWAKE as Eternal Spirit again - Buddha, Satori , Moksha, etc etc all the same.

Wearing new gives us a sense of freshness but if you use the same ones it won't bother you after a certain period of time. I've had the same question and experienced the same.!!

This guy makes stuff up. Says when you pour cold water on you body and not the head, heat moves to brain. No! The cold water carries heat away from your body. And the head starts getting cooler since rest of the body is at lower temperature.
    What is cellualar energy dimension?
