      Canadian hehe. Cowl unit, means it was a BCOL or CN C40-8M

      The UK Class 60's should have had these instead of the MB275T Mirrlees Blackstone units.

    A partir dos 0:29 há uma alteração de som do motor dando impressão que alguns cilindros deixaram de funcionar. Isso é sistema para economia de combustível? É notável a mesma característica de som do motor no início do vídeo onde está em rotação mais baixa.

      Of course, they didn't get it on camera, but looking down the bank of cylinders, you can see the box looking thing on the left side, that's the air to water intercooler, the turbo is immediately to the left of it ( out of frame ). Looking down the bank when they're on the right side of the screen, you can see the 'box', the turbo would be to the right of it. You can see the exhaust stack, the turbo is right underneath it. again, out of the shot.
