My back will be straight and hip part comes below ankels And all right, except my upper body bends little more further... I did 100kgs squats as well with it and found no issues... may be it depends on body types

Whenever you are doing something that requires pounding your feet like jumping or running hard it is advisable to wear shoes that are cushioned or have gelled inserts. Otherwise you can also exercise barefoot. 😊

Hi Nitin! Keep your feet at shoulder width (for a regular squat), hinge at the hips first as shown in the video, and you will get your form right.

Sir what should be ideal distance between both legs
You can do close stance squat with just 2 inch distance between the two feet, you can do regular stance squats with about 1.2 to 1.5 feet distance between your feet, or you can do a wide stance squat with about 2-2.2 feet distance between your two feet :)

When to breathe in and when to out
At the top, breathe in to your stomach to brace yourself. Go down, pause for a split second, come back up and then breathe out. Breath in again and repeat for each rep :)

Eat more food to help you gain weight! Calorie surplus is the only way to gain weight. In order to build your muscle, make sure you workout at least 4-6 times a week :)
