It’s because your bot doesn’t have permissions to react to messages

I've found over the course of the past year that giveaway bot is pretty unreliable. Sorry for suggesting this bot to you.

Does the bot have full access to the channel you are using for the giveaway, and is the bot online?

Restart your computer and log out and back into discord. If that doesn’t work, try kicking the bot and re-inviting it. If that doesn’t work, I don’t know what will.
Actually, before you kick the bot, I may have a different solution
Also make sure that you are signed into Disboard.org with your discord account and vote for the bot as well just in case
