How do I make it so when the user clicks the "Verify" icon, they loose the unverified role and get the verified role?
So they only have verified not unverified.

First of all you need to go to your channel where you plan on letting everyone get verified then edit the channel then scroll and allow everyone to see message history and you can't change the part where it brings you to a website unfortunately

When editing Category Permissions, You do not need to disable @everyone's perm to Send Messages
Because then you'd have to enable @Verified to be able to send messages which makes Muting impossible
