  • I know, there not only slicers of the driver in this world, but it is a very high number. If you have a consistent fade which finds the fairway in regulation, please start loving it, its fantastic. This video is meant to be mainly for golfers who lose balls by slicing, loosing distance and skying the ball.
    I am looking forward to your comments and over all your results of trying out my tips!
    Have fun watching and learning!

    Hi and thank you. This is by far the best driver swing video I’ve seen on CZcams.

    Your tip about using the shoulders as the guide to hit the ball,keeping the arms not behind nor take over from the shoulders in the swing is new to me .This thought will stay and where before I tried keep the club in front of me,hope I can sync. it.£'s Martina.

    This was great. I tried it during my last round and it made a huge impact. I shout my best round of the year and also dropped my handicap. I was setup open and was always confused about the tilt. I tried the setup with club in the center and the move it up to the ball and that did it for me. I was feeling confident over the ball and setup. You are a lifesaver for me. Thank you 🙏

    Dear Martina, really appreciate your suggestion to " stretch" arms to have a bit of tension. Tried today at driving range. Excellent results. So interesting that a lot of coaches talk about no tension, while a bit of tension seems needed. Certainly a topic for another video👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

      Thats great news Rene. Well you know, everybody is different. But a sporty tension is important in my opinion - its just my style. I am happy it works for you!!! Keep going!

    I really enjoy listening to you , keep it simple. I had a stroke couple , I deal with vertigo, which is permanent, every day . I used to play like a seven and a eight and there’s low as a six . I’ve lost my touch and feel , struggle with short shots coming over the top but I don’t think I stay in my posture till the whole sling, don’t accelerate through the shot?

    • @martina_eberl_coaching_en
      @martina_eberl_coaching_en  Před 10 měsíci

      Well this is hard to say after not seeing your swing. Sometimes it's like this: you loose your posture because your are coming so far over the top, it pulls your forward so to say. Then you loose your balance and an acceleration can't happen! Go and find a nice coach for you, who can help you with that!

      You are welcome! We filmed the issue of the early extension yesterday under the topic the "Hip-Action". It will come out soon! But for now, try to keep the butt back all the time and keep your upper body angle!

    What is causing straight and long but left? As much as 50 yards left of the fairway. Feels good, sounds good, goes good distance but straight left is dangerous with OBs and all.

    • @martina_eberl_coaching_en
      @martina_eberl_coaching_en  Před 9 měsíci

      It must be your swingdirection to the left and also a closed clubface! Start with your grip, but the best thing is to see your Pro!

    Martina…what degree do you recommend your club be?

    • @martina_eberl_coaching_en
      @martina_eberl_coaching_en  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Well Karen, that depends your Low point. If you are hanging back a lot, like I have the tendency, you can go low on degrees, but if you are more going into the ball, tee it up low and take a higher Loft. Best thing is to do a fitting! But out of experience between 10-12 for Ladies are always ok. Also depends on the shaft and your swingspeed!
