I'm Jewish (dati, as it happens), but I don't think I could handle a thousand of my people for seder.
Baruch Hashem, we go to Bubbie and Zaydie's for sedarim... and it's always awesome. All the cousins come (my kids, my sister-in-laws kids their spouses)

At least you have been to a Jewish wedding for practice. I would never go to a hotel. You lose the intimate feeling of a family Passover Seder.
