- How I pack my orders - new ideas and process! My set up for packaging orders slightly changed, so today I want to share with you what I currently use for packaging. I know some elements might seem excessive for some of you. But please keep in mind that I add these, because of the value of my orders, and because I want to create a special unboxing experience for my customers! :) They are by no means necessary if you don't want to include them.
I'm now using the shipping label printer (awesome upgrade!), which really speeds up the packing and dispatching process. As I no longer have to address my packages manually, I can actually put this energy (and time) back into writing "thank you" cards by hand. Nothing beats a hand written note, this simple gesture adds a special and personal touch to your orders.

In this video here I show you how I packed my orders in 2021 - new ideas and process. I know some elements might seem excessive for some of you. I add these based on the value of my orders. I want to create a special unboxing experience for my customers! :) I make sure freebies are useful and relevant to the product. Tea is relevant! What I like to imagine is my happy customer, relaxing on the sofa, sipping the tea while staring at their new necklace or a ring 🥰😄

I love that you don't use plastic except the recycled bubble wrap. Simple and tasteful. I have always sent clients thank you cards and handwritten is meaningful.

Video was so good, I used to make jewelry and sell those to my friends and cousins when I was a teenager, then for higher studies I moved to Canada that everything came to an end. Now I'm graduated from college, from childhood I wish to start a small business with my ideas, but I dont no where to start.

Hi Basia! I think you would love the Envelope Punch Board, you can create different size envelopes and even small boxes! I watched some tutorials on youtube and was planning to buy it myself too :)

I found them at a local craft store in Bristol, UK, I think it was called The Works. They just had these random shapes, but maybe check online, they could have some maybe on Amazon or some craft stores. Good luck! ❤ And thank you for watching, I appreciate it a lot

Online! :) The pillow ones I found on ebay and little boxes I usually search for on Amazon and local shops that sell packaging :)

Hi Basia, love your videos as always. I make jewellery from home too although not as experienced as you. I’m fed up with queueing up at the post office every other day. Can I ask what you do with your parcels? I don’t have a parcel drop box near me and people are telling me not to post in the post box as it might go missing. Just wanted your thoughts xx
