      @@Cpimms only problem I’m having is the maf sensor isn’t as slim n the screen holes don’t line up. Could I use the maf from a 07-12 maxima or Altima in my 03 maxima without causing problems?

    • @Cpimms
      @Cpimms  Před 3 lety

      @@derbycityracing2997 So does your MAF Sensor not fit in the stock MAF Body then? If you're reusing your stock MAF that's been in the car everything should fit fine. As far as the holes not lining up with the MAF adapter to the MAF you might have to bore out the holes a little bit with a drill to make it work. You could try using a newer MAF from a new gen Maxima or Altima but I'm not totally sure if it will work. The ECU's could be set up different in the newer gens.

      The MAF adapter came with the intake when I got it. I know you can find them at AutoZone or online. Just got to make sure you find the right diameter for your application. However I highly recommend you get an aluminum one or have one made out of aluminum because over time the abs plastic will crack and fail due to heat from the engine bay. It will cause your car to bog down.
