it seems all d smoothies are really helpful in weight loss.. recently i started taking instant belly fat burner tea in morning..fat cutter drink with beetroot in breakfast n in lunch i am taking sweet potato roti.. i am confuse about which smoothie i can take in evening as i feel very hungry..
Nisa! I just realized that for this shake to fill you up for a long day, you could add uncooked oats in there and blend it together, maby add a little more liquid... just suggesting!

for your sake, please, when you grind seeds, chia or other kind of seeds, try consuming them withen 15 minutes. Grinded seeds are allways a whole lot better for you, they liberate a lot more of their properties but they also loose half of their properties after 15 minutes, but better have half then nothing at all! good day :)
