I caught up to 1200 after about 3 weeks of doing all dailies and weeklies for any newbies wondering. Make sure to get all weekly bp points and do all daily bounties, contracts, shadow assembly etc. catching up in level isn't hard but it's also not so easy to make you feel like you've accomplished nothing. It was so satisfying everytime I hit a new milestone 700-800-900 etc. Other people might not feel the same way but it was definitely a fun journey for me. Now I'm just sitting here at 1205. Saving my bp points for next week. If it was a new milestone like 1300 paragon then I would've just used up all my points to reach it as soon as possible but because that's not the case I can take it slow with the leveling.
I personally wait to claim my BP points. When I wasn’t saving BP points for Mondays I don’t notice a huge difference, just feels good to jump levels on Mondays if you claim everything on Monday yes you get a big boost of Xp, but everything else that week is at a lower Xp rate.
Need to do some more lives on here or twitch. Really enjoy the videos. I stopped playing after season 1 just came back 3 days ago and I'm very surprised how much they have actually improved the game from what it was at launch. Keep up the great work!
I saw in your other video where you reached server paragon a lot of people were mentioning the Fractured Planes mode. They said FP is a very effective way to level up. What are your thoughts on this?
I have to not play for a 4 days or more to fall behind server para. Simply playing smart by diversifying instead of grinding 1 specific thing, no matter what it is (EXCEPT FRACTURED PLANE IT IS THE SINGLE MOST EXPERIENCE FARM FULL STOP, math don't lie) is all you need.
Full Sanctum run will require 377 keys... or if you prefer to waste platinum, you can spend platinum instead to open chests once out of keys. I don't know how much platinum personally, but I have heard it's ~20k. There is also RNG chances of any chests opened that it will spew out a ton extra per chest, with any chest giving out more extra depending on what floor/room level it is. Most I ever got in a complete run was 4 chests that gave extra... and I'm not talking about that bonus chest at the end of the run that only gives you a paltry "bonus" of only a measly 18 culling stones (not crystals). The hidden lairs are a massive XP giver. When I used to usually hover close to server paragon, and ran all 21 weekly lairs in one day... boom... 1-2 paragon level jumps just from that alone. Obviously, the higher above server level you are, the more reduced the XP is, but even for then, it's still a great XP run compared to most other activities that reward XP. I don't know if there is a lair cap for running for XP like there is for obtaining the normal gems (126 gems a week... 63 bound + 63 unbound), but sometimes I will run hidden lairs even though I capped out on gems already for the XP. Another decent-to-good XP rewarding activity is the daily Southern Dreadlands zone Tower Defense activity called Sentinel's Stand. I'm not privy to how much XP it gives, but I do notice a significant red bar progression when I go back to collect rewards after it's over. Even at 30% or 20% XP gain, the red bar moves quite a bit in comparison to a lot of other activities that rewards XP. Turning in Mythical fish gives massive XP per fish. Granted, they're harder to "catch" when fishing, but if you do like to fish in the game, I suggest to save them as you get them and just sell the rest to the fisherman as you go. Once you have a bag full of Mythical fish (dumb game cap of only 20 fish that you can have in your bag at once), I'd save them til the following Monday to gain 1-2 paragon levels. Doing Side Quests from NPC's tends to give decent XP. I don't know the actual #, but there is a daily cap on Side Quests giving Beguiling Dust from the Resplendent chests. Whether or not XP is capped/reduced after X amount done, I can't say. To add to Echo's mentioning of the Helliquary raids... yes, you gain massive XP and you gain 100 Battle Pass point per 5 runs on Mondays & then again on Thursdays (assuming you haven't maxed out your weekly Battle Pass of 2400 points by Thursday), but you also gain 400 Warband points for each 5 runs, that can be used to upgrade your Ancestral Tableau for even more CR boosts... that is, assuming you're in a Warband. Both Monday & Thursday runs will net you 800 Warband points for the week, and you can obtain up to 700 more Warband points (1500 weekly total) by also doing Bounties, rifts and Dungeons with at least 1 Warband member in your party. Battlegrounds. I'm not a huge fan of BG either, but the first 3 runs of the day give decent-to-good XP and usually a legendary gear piece or two. I would recommend that you run at least 3 a day for the XP & rewards alone, if you're not all that into BG. You can now earn additional XP & mats from running more than 3, but they're reduced. Rarely do I run more than the 3 a day myself.
What I've always found challenging is stepping into a new difficulty. I die when trash mobs just look at me. Gear and Upgrades are "excellent", HQ and Leg Gems are "fair". Normal gems are "poor". But I often feel stuck pushing my xp and paragon past the max while being forced to farm lower level difficulties. My CR just isn't there I guess.
I would advise against AFK farming which seems to be exploding on a lot of servers . Sooner or later Blizz / Net Ease is bound to drop tbe hammer on those doung it .
Hi @EchoGamingDiablo. You mentioned prob not in this video but in others, that you do Elder Rift very often. What are you crafting from the rare crest drops from the Elder Rift? Was it 1 star legendary gems to sell in market? Or was it to use as gem power?

I'm a returning player , the xp boost is amazing for catching up in paragon, sadly once lvld back up you have to deal with a severe cr deficit. Its brutal. Makes me want to quit again.
@echo gaming the battle pass points from events like brawl do not count towards your weekly cap. You should definitely not avoid if you cap the pass weekly. I personally only do thing that improve my account long term example the 12 party gems daily, 23 weekly lairs, cap embers weekly and daily legacy of horodrim. If I still have time in the day I’ll do my daily guaranteed legendaries tasks. In the end of the day xp can be farmed and so can the legendaries missing the other things can’t.

You don't get 100% rewards if you are server paragon level, you get like 80% or 60% but surley not 100%. 100% you get when you are 1190-1199 at this point.

All you have to do to stay at or above server Paragon is do your dailies and do raids .

Another tip go into sanctum kill all the enemies don't open any chests even if you don't use sanctum everyday go get the the keys
The monster essence rewards are unlimited, you can only get pages for the first 3, but you get the rewards for all turn ins.

Possibly has been exasperated by everyone heading into i5 as I did . I had literally just fays in i4.
I lvld from 1300 paragon to as of today 2010 paragon. In 2 and a half weeks. Drops don't keep up

yes, make sure you do assembly, you'll get 2 to 3 lvls by getting all 4 blessings

@@judyreyjumamoy there is a 12 regular gem daily soft cap from being in a full team. You can sell those and eventually buy legendary gems.

How do you catch up when you're leveling up too much that the open world farming now gives you very little gold like 6-10 gold average?
If your gold drops are that low in owf, then you need to farm at the next hell/inferno level.
