The skrulls being turned into cows was massively cruel. They go from being intergalactic soldiers to milk makers and meat.
There's a reason it used to say
"World's Greatest Comic Book" on the cover of every issue of the Fantastic Four. After all they aren't super heroes they're Imaginauts! Good work Jules, you and your peons ease keep it up.

That issue was the only Marvel comic i ever owned.

something that was weird was when during the infinity war storyline, Reed Richards was defeated by a clone while he was working.The clone and iron man clone deceived every single hero at the meeting they were holding.

Those cows kept popping up. They were key in the Kree/Skull storyline and part of the Secret Invasion story also.
You could even say Franklin turned Galactus into his Ga-lapdog

The Skrull Cow story has even more payoff. Much later, it was revealed that the milk the cows gave had some Skrull essence in it ... the people of the town became shapeshifters from drinking it.
Also the reason secret invasion happened is cause even after earth was "safe" from the Kree/Skrull war they hatey humanity so much cause those cows were eaten...

The Fantastic Four were always my favourites. They deserve much better from the mainstream i.e. Disney

MOST PEOPLE WITH SMART BRAINS have to remember that Bernd Eichinger and his company Constantin Film owned the Fantastic Four film right since 1985 and made that unreleased 1994 FF film by Roger Corman to still have the rights and then gave to a better studio like 20th Cen Fox!
