Fascinating how a client can be so convinced of something that they refuse to change their minds even in light of massive evidence. I feel sorry for the husband and kids that they have such a distrustful wife/mom

Sounds like she may have had the cheaters mentality from cheating herself. Like thieves thinking everyone steals so it's no big deal, cheaters convince themselves they are being cheated on because everyone is doing it. Or she's looking for a reason to divorce him as painlessly as possible. Either way I feel for him and the kids

I've heard it a thousand times as well, "Not this Time", also, maybe it's just me but I would not let the client come to the bar if I had the subject there with another person of interest. Thats just asking for trouble. I would get the client the video proof and let her handle it from there. I once had a case where the Husband was Cheating, we had the time and place in a public area and as we were getting the proof needed the wife decided to show up and blow our cover.
