I ended up buying one of these after your "mini review". Upgraded from a Bamboo so it really was a step up. Love working on it, less fatigue. quicker work processes. Thanks for the heads up, got it a bit cheaper and now I need to really start getting into this photoshop art
Hey Jazza, It seems you have every Copic marker in the catalog! I know that a Copic fan made a custom PS color palette that emulates the entire run, because it's pricey for some budgets. It can be found in a Google search, last I checked. Do you think you could compare your set of real Copic markers to the PS Copic color palette in a video? I'm curious about how true the colors are, since you are more comfortable in both creative media than I am. I'm going more digital to save money and physical space, and would enjoy your insights on a digital set of markers that emulate the set on your work table. Thanks!
Sketchbook Pro comes with the Copic library preinstalled, you could just compare the "official" digital Copic colors to that custom one... or chances are that person most likely just copied them over from Sketchbook lol
I baught my Wacom Cintiq 22HD a few years ago and there wasn't any alternative. So I had to spend 1700€ for it, which is a lot!! And now Huion is making great stuff (which is almost as good as wacom), but A LOT cheaper.....
Gayathiri Raguram Reddy I’ve had both a wacom cintiq and a huion display tablet. Tbh at this point it’s like comparing apple price to quality with cintiqs. Sure a wacom cintiq 34 is better than a huion 22 pro, but the quality difference in price is poor. The cintiq costs 3200€ and the huion 22pro is 700€.
Whoa! That's practically the price I payed for my first Intuos pen tablet back in the day! The idea of an affordable drawing monitor back then was... forget about it, until you're a professional! Sooo glad to see Huion out there improving these products AND their prices, in a field that's been too expensive, stagnant and monopolized for too long. Dont get wacom get the huion trust me. They are no different and my brand new (1200 dollars more than huion) wacom just broke faster than my last two huions. Seriously at this point I have deep boiling hatred for all display tablet companies for how fast they always break on me, but huion is legitimately the best out of the lot of them.
Well I dont really like doing anything except for drawing, so I dont spend very much money at all, but it seems like life is still trying to get at my bank account in the only way it can and that is by breaking my tablets.
TheIntrigue I’m assuming there was an issue with the drivers. That’s a recurring problem with Wacom and their trashy drivers, and trust me, I know from experience :/
One of those new 16inch cintiq pros. Alot of people complained that when they received it that it had dead pixels, but the one I got didn't have any when I got it so I thought I was one of the lucky ones, but then over time they just all started dying to the point I just cant use it anymore. I never moved it from the spot it was in and it never fell, it just sat there and slowly started dying. Apparently alot of people are having similar problems with all of the wacoms in this new line up wacoms got.
dude, just get for that the iPad 2018 + Apple pencil, best bang for your buck. Got it for myself in summer and now I can't stop drawing daily where ever I want to and I dont need to rely on my desktop computer

@@hellsingmongrel There are smaller pad tablets for that price. If you want a display tablet that's the cheapest one you're going to find. Huion do do small pad tablets though and Jazza has reviewed the h640p in his negative art challenge.
Now that I've had a kamvas pro 13 for 2 years, best purchase I've made, still an excellent device with no issues, and my pen's nib didn't need replacement till last week

I doubt this will be seen, but the XP-Pen stand is pretty good as far as not having the tablet slip off. It's a bit pricey at $40, but it's metal and I haven't had my tablet slip off once. :D Hope this helps someone!

It's actually awesome to see another company in the market taking on the big guys like Wacom. It really is about time someone started giving them a run for their money.
I bought this tablet shortly after watching this video. I was on the market for a display tablet. I am always hesitant in trusting sponsored reviews and as a loyal wacom user the price point was the main appeal to me. But I have to say I am really happy with my purchase. If you don't mind troubleshooting some settings issues, that may come up upon installation after that it makes it the perfect tablet. I recommend following the instruction manual for installation to avoid issues. Some reviews complain about squiggly lines if you draw slowly diagonally. I did not have that issue I hope this helps anyone on the edge. Thank you Jazza for your honest reviews keep it up mate! Cheers
@@tuci2843 I bought it before I knew about the issue and was worried as well. The issue by those that test it notice it when they draw lines slowly from my experience any waves I get when drawing slow are from my own hand. However you would have to draw lines really slowly.
@@tuci2843 yes it is really good out of the box. there is some parallax still though I was able to remove it by doing the calibration then after you do it notice how far off enter it is then when you calibrate again instead of touching the black dot touch roughly off center. After that I was able to get 0 parallax where I place the tip is exactly where it draws
Just started dabbling in digital art and I picked this up when it had its preorder discounts going, because I couldn’t pass up the price. I don’t think I’d ever get a display tablet that cheap ever again lol. And I absolutely love it....not that I have much to compare it to, device wise, but still. Easy to install, great functionality, draws smooth, I love the touch bar for my brush sizes, sensitivity is great, very good for making light sketch lines or bold strokes. I’d say really my only complaint with it is when i initially start it up, sometimes there’s a slight lag, but it goes away after a little use, like it’s gotta warm up or something. I love the tablet.
I’d like to purchase this tablet before this week is over however more and more reviews on Amazon are saying that they have had to return it due to the wavy lines. One review says they contacted Huion and they said the problem won’t be fixed for a long time. Has anyone else bought this and had such a bad experience with it? I’d like to know how bad it actually is before I buy it. Other reviews say it’s great and have no line problems but I’d rather be safe than sorry.
I've been wanted a drawing monitor for months now. I currently use a tiny little Huion tablet I got for 30 bucks on Amazon, and just ordered this monitor for $350. If it weren't for your channel I wouldn't have known this existed, so thank you Jazza!
This tablet is on sale for $270 on Amazon right now. I never thought I'd get an on-screen tablet anytime soon but I can't say no to $130 off on something with such good things said about it. It will be here Tues/Wed and I absolutely cannot wait to get it and get back into doing art.

I really need a drawing tablet, but display tablets are so expensive (even with the coupon code!) and I don't work well with pad tablets since I have to look at my hand while I draw. Is there no compromise?!
How long have you been using pad tablet? It's common to feel discomfort during first try at the pad. It does take time to get used to the disconnection between hand and eye but once you practice enough, I'm sure you can draw fine without looking your hand
Also it took me weeks to get comfortable with pad tablet. I would recommend sketch on paper and scan into computer because I think sketching on pad tablet is harder than on paper
I've been using my tablet for just over a year and a half. The biggest issue is more that I have hand tremors stemming from an injury I received when I was about 8. When I'm drawing in my sketchbook, I can usually visually stabilize my hand so it doesn't affect my drawings too badly. If I try to draw without looking at my hand, sketchbook or tablet, since I can't tell when a tremor starts based on feel, I end up with shaky lines and not being able to use my tablet until the shaking stops, which can be minutes, hours, or even a day.
Nightfire-613 omg, that's so sad! I can't imagine being unable to do things you love. I guess you have to draw traditional way man. Or at least until you get a display tablet. I hope you're able to overcome your trembling
I use the entry level Huion pad tablet (H610 Pro) and I gotta say, it is an absolute beast of a starting tablet for beginners. The build is mostly plastic, no surprises there, but for the same price as the cheapest brand new Wacom tablet, it is about twice the size of it with more pre-programmed physical keys and 16 programmable soft-keys. Although, as jazza mentioned in the video, driver support with this thing can certainly be better but for those who want to get started in digital art, consider investing in a Huion tablet. I swear, these guys are so awesome and give the best bang for your buck compared to any other brand that I know of
Just got the Huion Pro 20 or GT192 V2 with Tilt. Not sure what the name is, it says both a hundred times in the box and software. But, it is rocking! I love it, and I have to say that with this my passion for drawing and art as a whole has returned in Spades. Thank you for promoting the Huion lineup. They make good products and are well worth the money. There is no need for a Wacom for two or three times the price.
Jazza, I just wanted to say that you are one of the best Content creators on this platform :) But I'm kinda conserned about you because you're putting out so much good quality content that I think now is a good time to take a break for a few weeks and come back even stronger :D I've seen many CZcamsrs overwork themselves and just collapse under their own work...and I don't want to see that with you so let's just maybe step a down a notch and get some new energy ^^

My tablet arrived today. In case you are worrying about jiggly lines: The driver seems to be good enough by now, there is 0 problem with that for me. The only small downside for me thus far is the screen/ pen calibration. The standard settings was okayish, but not perfect and calibrating it doesn't make it better. There is also not a consistent offset from pen to cursor. For me it's slightly to the left on the top of the screen, then slightly right towards the bottom of the screen. Apart from that, this tablet seems to be completely worth it. Keep in mind though that it is acting as a second screen with no gpu acceleration or anything inside the pad. I don't really know why, but I even got a 70 Euros discount on amazon prime for it. Not much to do wrong with that price.
I'm REALLY hoping to be able to get this by April next year. I've always wanted to try digital art mediums and this looks like the most affordable option. I still have to wait until next year, but I'm hoping it'll be worth it. Here's to keeping hope and my fingers crossed! 🙌
I've been wanting a display drawing tablet for a while now. A few months ago I was looking for one, but all the tablets are out of my price range. A few days ago I saw this on Huion which surprised me , like I thought I missed it? But I went on CZcams, saw your vlog and was like "YEES, IM EARLY" and then this review came out! Well. Im un sure. Big but with more paralax, or small without it. In my Mind sure ID like big, though portable is nice. Then again resolution isnt higher on big ones and if the 13 is sorta more precise to use due to the laminated screen, that might be nicer than big but you gotta get used to the paralax which could be especially terrible if you want to do graphite pen like detailed drawings creating shadows from 100s of fast little lines from the wrist and you wont always See the cursor
I just got this for my birthday! I love it to bits and it works great for my comic! Drivers installed easily and the drivers made it easy to program all the shortcut keys. This is my first screen tablet and it’s great.
I got my first tablet because one of these reviews. It's a Kamvas and I absolutely love it. I personally don't like a lot of pressure sensitivity because I tend to be a little heavy handed, but that was easy to fix in the settings. I never thought I would be able to afford an amazing tablet like this, but the price was reasonable enough that I was able to save for it. I'm definitely happy I got it.

I got the tablet when you last were sponsored, unfortunately the coupon code didn’t work, but it came a month and a half early! I’ve loved working on it, and it was SO easy to set up. I upgraded from a Parblo tablet, and that thing was super finicky and had a ton of problems, so this tablet was like a breath of fresh air. I also love clicking the buttons, it feels so nice ❤️ The only problem was that my computer doesn’t have an HDMI port, which you need for the drawing screen, so I had to order a thunderbolt adapter for like another 8 bucks off of amazon. But honestly, I should’ve realized that something with such a big screen would need one. Everything else is amazing tho!

Your timing is spectacular. This is the tablet I’m going to purchase today. I’ve been looking and researching smaller tablets as of late and low and behold this review comes out and it seems better than the ones I’ve researched and way way WAY more affordable. I’ve been fortunate to have used a few different tablets but not nearly enough of professional grade ones to really know what‘s reliable and has that good and easy feel. I have a large Yiynova I’ve been using but I’ve been looking for something more compact and lightweight so I can draw anywhere and take it to university for classes. Also I’ve been hoping for one with tilt control for digital paintings since though I really love my yiynova and it’s perfect for lineart, cartoons, large expanses, concept shapes, sketches etc, the lack of tilt control can make it a little less natural feeling when I digitally paint. This honestly feels like the perfect tablet for me and one I’ll likely take forward into my artistic career. Thank you so much for your honest and in depth reviews they’ve really helped me narrow down what I’m going to buy and what to look out for in future tablet purchases. Hearing a solid review from someone who has used a whole range of products and brands is really reassuring and helps me purchase the tablet with less worry and doubt. Lol it really seems like the stars aligned on this one I must praise the art gods. XD (Also thank god there’s reliable reviewers like you who can tell us what’s up since there isn’t really any tablet dedicated stores where we can go in and try them out.)

i can recommend Huion too, I have a cheaper one for a year and it's still doing great. Things which could be useful if you are planning to get a Huion tablet or having problems with one : - If you have Windows, disable Windows Ink, I suffered days from odd tablet behaviour for days till I found out it was all caused by Microsoft's great invention called Windows ink. - Early driver version tends to be glitchy so if the tablet works odd try downloading the driver for it from Huion's site.
My draw tablet had just died last week and I've been anxious to get a new one to make more drawings again but sadly I can't afford this one, it is my dream to have one day though. My husband has promised me the huion inspiroy you reviewed as my birthday gift this year tho and I just can't wait ^.^ It's such an upgrade to the one I had for the last few years. hellsingmongrel Unfortunately, display tablets rarely go for under $350. But with non-display tablets, you can get them for as low as $30.

If you want to keep using 950P, I suggest you update the tablet firmware. It enables the tablet to recognize pen tilt and newer drivers.
I bought this tablet shortly after watching this video. I was on the market for a display tablet. I am always hesitant in trusting sponsored reviews and as a loyal wacom user the price point was the main appeal to me. But I have to say I am really happy with my purchase. If you don't mind troubleshooting some settings issues, that may come up upon installation after that it makes it the perfect tablet. I recommend following the instruction manual for installation to avoid issues. Some reviews complain about squiggly lines if you draw slowly diagonally. I did not have that issue I hope this helps anyone on the edge. Thank you Jazza for your honest reviews keep it up mate! Cheers

@@tuci2843 I bought it before I knew about the issue and was worried as well. The issue by those that test it notice it when they draw lines slowly from my experience any waves I get when drawing slow are from my own hand. However you would have to draw lines really slowly.
How about the callibration, is it fine?
@@tuci2843 yes it is really good out of the box. there is some parallax still though I was able to remove it by doing the calibration then after you do it notice how far off enter it is then when you calibrate again instead of touching the black dot touch roughly off center. After that I was able to get 0 parallax where I place the tip is exactly where it draws
Just started dabbling in digital art and I picked this up when it had its preorder discounts going, because I couldn’t pass up the price. I don’t think I’d ever get a display tablet that cheap ever again lol. And I absolutely love it....not that I have much to compare it to, device wise, but still. Easy to install, great functionality, draws smooth, I love the touch bar for my brush sizes, sensitivity is great, very good for making light sketch lines or bold strokes. I’d say really my only complaint with it is when i initially start it up, sometimes there’s a slight lag, but it goes away after a little use, like it’s gotta warm up or something. I love the tablet.
The huion kamvas pro 13 makes you *feel* like artist-man
I’d like to purchase this tablet before this week is over however more and more reviews on Amazon are saying that they have had to return it due to the wavy lines. One review says they contacted Huion and they said the problem won’t be fixed for a long time. Has anyone else bought this and had such a bad experience with it? I’d like to know how bad it actually is before I buy it. Other reviews say it’s great and have no line problems but I’d rather be safe than sorry.
I've been wanted a drawing monitor for months now. I currently use a tiny little Huion tablet I got for 30 bucks on Amazon, and just ordered this monitor for $350. If it weren't for your channel I wouldn't have known this existed, so thank you Jazza!
This tablet is on sale for $270 on Amazon right now. I never thought I'd get an on-screen tablet anytime soon but I can't say no to $130 off on something with such good things said about it. It will be here Tues/Wed and I absolutely cannot wait to get it and get back into doing art.
Seeing reviews like this makes me regret not going further into my research to buying a new tablet.

I really need a drawing tablet, but display tablets are so expensive (even with the coupon code!) and I don't work well with pad tablets since I have to look at my hand while I draw. Is there no compromise?!
How long have you been using pad tablet? It's common to feel discomfort during first try at the pad. It does take time to get used to the disconnection between hand and eye but once you practice enough, I'm sure you can draw fine without looking your hand
Also it took me weeks to get comfortable with pad tablet. I would recommend sketch on paper and scan into computer because I think sketching on pad tablet is harder than on paper
I've been using my tablet for just over a year and a half. The biggest issue is more that I have hand tremors stemming from an injury I received when I was about 8. When I'm drawing in my sketchbook, I can usually visually stabilize my hand so it doesn't affect my drawings too badly. If I try to draw without looking at my hand, sketchbook or tablet, since I can't tell when a tremor starts based on feel, I end up with shaky lines and not being able to use my tablet until the shaking stops, which can be minutes, hours, or even a day.
Nightfire-613 omg, that's so sad! I can't imagine being unable to do things you love. I guess you have to draw traditional way man. Or at least until you get a display tablet. I hope you're able to overcome your trembling

I use the entry level Huion pad tablet (H610 Pro) and I gotta say, it is an absolute beast of a starting tablet for beginners. The build is mostly plastic, no surprises there, but for the same price as the cheapest brand new Wacom tablet, it is about twice the size of it with more pre-programmed physical keys and 16 programmable soft-keys. Although, as jazza mentioned in the video, driver support with this thing can certainly be better but for those who want to get started in digital art, consider investing in a Huion tablet. I swear, these guys are so awesome and give the best bang for your buck compared to any other brand that I know of
Just got the Huion Pro 20 or GT192 V2 with Tilt. Not sure what the name is, it says both a hundred times in the box and software. But, it is rocking! I love it, and I have to say that with this my passion for drawing and art as a whole has returned in Spades. Thank you for promoting the Huion lineup. They make good products and are well worth the money. There is no need for a Wacom for two or three times the price.

My tablet arrived today. In case you are worrying about jiggly lines: The driver seems to be good enough by now, there is 0 problem with that for me. The only small downside for me thus far is the screen/ pen calibration. The standard settings was okayish, but not perfect and calibrating it doesn't make it better. There is also not a consistent offset from pen to cursor. For me it's slightly to the left on the top of the screen, then slightly right towards the bottom of the screen. Apart from that, this tablet seems to be completely worth it.
Keep in mind though that it is acting as a second screen with no gpu acceleration or anything inside the pad.
I don't really know why, but I even got a 70 Euros discount on amazon prime for it. Not much to do wrong with that price.

I've been wanting a display drawing tablet for a while now. A few months ago I was looking for one, but all the tablets are out of my price range. A few days ago I saw this on Huion which surprised me , like I thought I missed it? But I went on CZcams, saw your vlog and was like "YEES, IM EARLY" and then this review came out! Well. Im un sure. Big but with more paralax, or small without it. In my Mind sure ID like big, though portable is nice. Then again resolution isnt higher on big ones and if the 13 is sorta more precise to use due to the laminated screen, that might be nicer than big but you gotta get used to the paralax which could be especially terrible if you want to do graphite pen like detailed drawings creating shadows from 100s of fast little lines from the wrist and you wont always See the cursor

I just got this for my birthday! I love it to bits and it works great for my comic! Drivers installed easily and the drivers made it easy to program all the shortcut keys. This is my first screen tablet and it’s great.

I got my first tablet because one of these reviews. It's a Kamvas and I absolutely love it. I personally don't like a lot of pressure sensitivity because I tend to be a little heavy handed, but that was easy to fix in the settings. I never thought I would be able to afford an amazing tablet like this, but the price was reasonable enough that I was able to save for it. I'm definitely happy I got it.

I got the tablet when you last were sponsored, unfortunately the coupon code didn’t work, but it came a month and a half early! I’ve loved working on it, and it was SO easy to set up. I upgraded from a Parblo tablet, and that thing was super finicky and had a ton of problems, so this tablet was like a breath of fresh air. I also love clicking the buttons, it feels so nice ❤️ The only problem was that my computer doesn’t have an HDMI port, which you need for the drawing screen, so I had to order a thunderbolt adapter for like another 8 bucks off of amazon. But honestly, I should’ve realized that something with such a big screen would need one. Everything else is amazing tho!

Your timing is spectacular. This is the tablet I’m going to purchase today. I’ve been looking and researching smaller tablets as of late and low and behold this review comes out and it seems better than the ones I’ve researched and way way WAY more affordable. I’ve been fortunate to have used a few different tablets but not nearly enough of professional grade ones to really know what‘s reliable and has that good and easy feel.
I have a large Yiynova I’ve been using but I’ve been looking for something more compact and lightweight so I can draw anywhere and take it to university for classes. Also I’ve been hoping for one with tilt control for digital paintings since though I really love my yiynova and it’s perfect for lineart, cartoons, large expanses, concept shapes, sketches etc, the lack of tilt control can make it a little less natural feeling when I digitally paint. This honestly feels like the perfect tablet for me and one I’ll likely take forward into my artistic career.
Thank you so much for your honest and in depth reviews they’ve really helped me narrow down what I’m going to buy and what to look out for in future tablet purchases. Hearing a solid review from someone who has used a whole range of products and brands is really reassuring and helps me purchase the tablet with less worry and doubt. Lol it really seems like the stars aligned on this one I must praise the art gods. XD
(Also thank god there’s reliable reviewers like you who can tell us what’s up since there isn’t really any tablet dedicated stores where we can go in and try them out.)
I just ordered this tablet although I’m really late... it’s coming in 25 days which is a real bummer but I can’t wait! I have been practicing with photoshop on my laptop and I can’t wait for all the stuff I will draw!

Sure this is a old video but I ordered this tablet because I remembered jazza talking about this tablet. Switching from wacom to huion I am only excited for my results. Thank you for doing this in depth video and helping me make my decision
i can recommend Huion too, I have a cheaper one for a year and it's still doing great.
Things which could be useful if you are planning to get a Huion tablet or having problems with one :
- If you have Windows, disable Windows Ink, I suffered days from odd tablet behaviour for days till I found out it was all caused by Microsoft's great invention called Windows ink.
- Early driver version tends to be glitchy so if the tablet works odd try downloading the driver for it from Huion's site.
