Everything looks so good! I need to do something with my chicken today so this looks good. I might use sugar free BBQ sauce instead because I can’t have spicy food.
Oh, that's a great idea using the BBQ sauce!! The hot sauce combined with the red onion also gives it a little more spice than normal too. So, BBQ is a great alternative!

If I bake the breakfast casserole in a 9x13 pan, would I keep them in the oven longer? Would I still use the same amount of ingredients also?
I'd say it depends on how deep it is when you get all the ingredients in there. If it has more depth to it, it may take a little longer to bake. I may need to try it that way and see how it comes out!
What kind of bag do you actually carry your lunch in. I end up carrying 5 bags into work, lol
LOL I have a good sized lunch bag that my Mom got for me. It's starting to rip though so I'm on the hunt for a new one!

If you mean how much rice, the recipe is linked in the description box. In her recipe, she uses 3/4 cup rice in each bowl, but as I mentioned, you can always use less if you prefer. 😊
