The onion always does it! Lol!
A sharper knife makes a world of difference when it comes to cutting onions. When I use a super sharp one I don’t have any eye burning. But as soon as I use a serrated or dull knife, major onion crying.

Literally, the proof is in the pudding! I like how you sell the product and not yourself! Most CZcamsrs sell there physiques and over sexualize themselves with their video images to get more traffic! Your modesty, decency and knowledge is far more appealing and genuine. Bravo!

I been eating unhealthy for years. This year I finally realized that I’m not happy or healthy. I been starting out small with doing yoga and now I want to start eating healthy. I didn’t know where to start, until I seen your videos. Thank you and your inspiration. ❤️
I'm in the same boat as you. I decided to concentrate on what I eat first. So I'm opting for fresh, whole foods & I'm doing Weight Watchers too. It essentially gives you the tools to use portion control. My husband & my daughter are doing this too, which makes a huge difference. So the bottom line is I've lost 25 lbs since March 11, 2019. I'm ready to tackle exercise now, but I'm just not sure which route I should take. I've got several forms of arthritis & it's really affected my lower back. I'm thinking that pool therapy is the best way to go. Good luck to you! BTW, I all of the meals in this video would be SO GOOD! I can't wait to try them!
Please dont practice yoga, it is occult. Do your research, there are many many people that regreted doing yoga, it is not only excercise. It is very dangerous my friend.

@@darja25 Seriously? A lot of my physical therapy exercises would be considered yoga exercises too. All you are doing is stretching, which is good for the body.
Tip : soak the onion in cold water for minute to remove the smell and the burning feeling . Sorry English is not my first language.. 💕
i always do this with onions. unless im cooking them of course. otherwise they overpower the salads

I just found your site and it feels like a breath of fresh air. I have food sensitivities. Along with varying levels of inflammation from puffy hands to trying to sleep sitting up, simultaneously using, plantar fasciitis braces, carpal tunnel braces, travel neck pillow and a variety of other propping pillows. There's gastro, migraines, arthritis, the depression and blessed times of what I can only call remission. I am a widow and live alone. I still work full time and currently able to do so from home and I'm very grateful. It is difficult to get motivated to cook just for me. I am not far from NYC, no car and getting fresh vegetables is becoming more and more challenging. I bought a pressure canner "with the plan" to have healthy meals on hand to get me through the rough patches, instead of eating junk. Your recipes are things I can see myself making and your videos inspiring. Thank you very much! I am going to visit your blog and dig in. Stay safe and healthy!

I completely know what it's like, as it was difficult to adapt when I found out I was allergic to gluten. But, once you know how to cook and mix together simple ingredients, it won't be hard at all 😊

finding your video at 3 AM was an answer to pray. My prayer was to be able to use food the way God intended; as a gift to nourish & sustain a healthy body, and to be enjoyed for it's taste, texture, smell primarily... but I suppose hearing (crunch of a crispy apple) and feel could be added in there(cool of fruit on a hot day, warm bread out of the oven on a cold one). Anyhow, I have been an emotional eater for most boy my life. I gained 60lbs in 1 year and have not been able to get it back off in the last several. I battle late stage lyme and am inflamed in pain all the time... I have had varied levels of success in cleaning up my diet to help my health and have fallen into a spiral of sugar/carb eating that HAS to be replaced with healthy eating. I believe your plan will help me, love the food options and how easy you make it with all your ingredients, tips, & processes. I AM SO EXCITED TO START THIS! actually I already have the 'Avacado egg salad was amazing! so D'LISH & SUPER satisfying! THANK YOU AGAIN! You have enhanced my life because I KNOW this is exactly the help I needed and I AM going to be successful eating this way. every single recipe appeals to me!

I used your method for hard-boiled eggs. (I can't eat them, but my wife does) and she asked me tonight what I did differently as they were really easy to peel and they were not as tough as the times before.. So I told her and she told me to make sure I did it that way from now on.!! Thank you, Lisa!!

I agree with others who don't understand why this gets a thumbs down , its beautifully made with great ideas and healthy ingredients. I don't think there should even be a thumbs down for any videos. We choose to watch and if we dont like it then turn it off. Simple
People take time to make these videos to share knowledge skills ideas etc. As Thumper's mother said in Bambi 'if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all'. Lol

Love how little plastic waste and food waste you produce! That's very inspiring! You should also try food huggers instead of plastic wrap. They are absolutely amazing for veggies and fruits.

Add mangos to that smoothie. It's really good! It will help with skin, nails, and hair. You can use vanilla greek yogurt and I add some almond milk.

Ms. Lisa is a genius!!! Her idea to store the ingredients SEPARATELY, can I say it again, GENIUS! Love it, cause I am always changing my mind on what I want to eat, or if I hear/see a friend/commercial or something eating something I would like, well, before Lisa I couldn't, or better put, I would end up cheating and disaster would hit the scale. But now that the ingredients are separated....it's a breeze. After watching her, I felt like such a dope. It's such a as I would put, "common sense concept," and "well geez why in the world didn't I think of this." lol. I also love that alot of these are either single recipes or double #Perfect . Lisa's attention to detail, pdf-ing the recipes and giving us a list of everything we see on the vids even lol her clothes, I mean how awesome! Her voice is great to listen to, her explanation/timing is PERFECT. (I think I am a fan :-) ) Due to being picky eater there are quite a few ingredients I don't care for and even some I can't eat cause of allergies such as eggs :-( so, I hope to find more of her vids and more recipe ideas. I am sooo happy to have found her Zucchini Bread recipe though, cause the one I had was from back in the late 1800's from my great-great grandma and well I am no longer a fan of the ingredients either because of allergies or preference. Anyway, thank you soooo much Ms. Lisa (if you ever read this) for all the work/detail you put into these vids, you're a true G-d sent and I am just grateful for them!!!!!!!

Also, I have always heard that when you cut an onion you should use it right away and shouldn't be stored as it releases something harmful if left peeled and cut. Do you know anything about this?
