Just recently found Rob on insta, so I'm stoked for this interview!
Thomas’s reaction to when Rob said he likes the Guide 17, …”it’s a stability shoe 😮”, reminds me of when Kofuzi said some elite runners he has spoken with also run a lot in “stability” shoes.
I wonder if the elites have a similar thought process as Rob, as in, I need to get to the start line healthy, period.., so non-workout days, sometimes I will use a stability shoe.
Also it’s not like stability shoes were back 10-15 years ago.., heck 5-7 years ago even.
