Got hired at the champs in my hometown, less than 4 months later I'm being promoted to an Assistant Manager. Just don't be lazy and you can climb the shoe store ladder in no time.

I working in a kitchen as a grill cook and been working in the culinary Industy for 4 year but I always wanted a second job and a sneaker store. I’ve been collecting sneaker and been in to streetwear for 6 to 7 years now do you think if I give my resume will they give me a chance or no. I don’t think so I tried before at champs but they acted like they didn’t care

they want you to hit a certain number because they want to save money...!! And they want to reward the ones that sell a lot and are able to do so! What they don't keep in account is that different stores have different amount of traffic that goes in and out of the store!

Footlocker and finish line and footaction all have rediculous test sections in the application, if you don't pass it you can't reapply for another 90 days. Waste of time.

Hey sam im thinking about applying for a footlocker job cause i actually love sneakera and the history behind the shoes but i had one question do employees get paid only hourly or do they also get commission and if so how much % commission
hey man, employees get the base pay of minimum wage per hour, and commission depends on the amount you sell. You need to hit a minimum before you get commission, I forget the exact number of it! Hopefully you get the job!
Where I am i get paid $8.50 + commission to get commission for me is sell $100 or more and that'll be $1 extra. But honestly working there full time is worth more Kuzz there's some slow days and you won't be gettin commission.

They arrive at the store 2 weeks early but the employees cant buy is early
