Here is the story of how I got fired from Champs...!!
I know it is my fault and I tried to hustle the system, but in the end it is a learning experience that I want to share with you!
I do still shop at the company and will hopefully be able to work with them in the future!!

unless these newer shoes have some kind of internal/hidden serial numbers for tracking? reminds me of how the dept. of homeland security has all those features on passports to control counterfeits. someone can absolutely return a fake lebron shoe so they certainly test for authenticity. i bought fake jordans in china before. they look incredible. specifically jordan xi, the patent black leather, you know, the most famous one. how much? $60. they looked perfect and felt just fine for casual use. not gonna pay over $200 and get on some line for those.

foot locker/champs is a dead-end mcjob. does it matter if you get hired or fired? it's a joke of a job. i've never been fired but i have quit jobs on my own if i don't like them. i work in an industry where i don't need to live paycheck to paycheck so i have enough savings to up and quit whenever i feel like it.

No offense, but this is just being naive. Why would you SCAM YOUR OWN employer?? If you got caught doing it at footlocker, at least it'll be slightly harder to track. why risk it in your own store. (i know, not the same location). you could've went to nike (outlet), sportchek, etc....other big box retailers.
As a part time job I just wanted to maximize my ability to get stuff from the company...it wasn't right of me and regret doing it!

That is stealing. Also retail is an unskilled low wage job. Manufacturing has the highest wages for skilled jobs and has the highest job tenure. There are a lot of people in manufacturing that have been working for the same company longer than a lot of retailers stay in business. Manufacturing is also responsible for almost 3/4 of research and development. Most of us get insurance, vacation, paid sick time, retirement, profit sharing, STD, LTD, and life insurance, etc. If you want a part time schedule its not for you overtime is normal in manufacturing.

Bro that's nothing when I was 18 I was asst mgr after a mo I started abusing my mgr benefits of hookin friends up with my nike wholesale prices js back then ik it was when the hurrachis dropped and the j7 was released and fab 5 of Michigan was poppin. I felt the heat at this point I was taking s pair of shoes and sum gear on a weekly basis no lie my bed under neath was completely lined all the way across left right front and back so many u couldn't even wear them all. So I knew I was a hot boy at this point btw js back then like the like he 7 was 120 or 150 I forget but I could get them with my benefit of asst mgr for like 60 that's s huge mark up but my greedyass still stole.So I was a badass young kid who was dreaming of stacks even tho my job back then paid me 500 every 2 week plus commish which was decent mo eye for s dropout.So I got kicked outta my house and my homies had a brilliant idea to totally rip foot action off pretty bad.Boom ok my mgr was going outta town for the weekend to Texas for a meeting dude was cool as a fan I was such a scumbag I feel sobad for this guy anyway , boom he goes outta town I literally start taking orders on thurs with all my homies around the way I had a order sheet of about 12k of shoes o know right I was at this point goin hard my philosophy was go hard or don't bother. So on Sunday morning my store was in a mall me and 2 of my friends opened my store and shut the gate down. We didn't even drive we had a sedan waiting for us outside the mall. Sedan s a taxi where I'm from I had to ask for a wagon to carry all the shoes. I shit u not me and the other picked sizes and shoes in particular a piece and under a hr we had a long metal wheel cart and malls have a rear way to enter all stores it like a maze of concrete corridors so we loaded up 6 industrial size trash bags of kicks.Insane and cruddy ik 😂but we pulled it off before the shift came in I sold yeayo at the time.I had all my workers hooked on sniffing ye so when 2 came in I told them I had a family emergency and broken off with like a 16th of ye they were such ye heads I don't think they even heard what ivtold them.So Monday comes around I call out of work and have the audacity to ask my mgr for my check,mind youmy greedyass just racked half the stock room and sold it for me and my homies ! So my mgr says the regional is in and he wants to talk to me anyway . So I was so cocky As soon as I get there their telling me and showing me the inventory for the past few months I'm like such a good liar m like I'm not the head mgr the snt my job to figure out why such and such is missing?So basically they end up giving me m weakass 2 week lil check while I'm sitting their with 4grand in my pocket of sneaks I boosted from them the day prior. I felt pretty shitty when my mgr was like ur gonna let me take the fall for this I was so ruthless I just said I'm not the only one who works here and that's all I kept sayin cuz n reality w/o cameras or ppl testifying they have not a thing.I remember telling my mgr Alex you'll get a wayyyy better job than this you'll be ok as I was leaving after getting my check he was just shaking hus head I didn't care about getting fired.I remember saying if I'm gonna lose this sweet gig Ima go out with a bang and that I did.#💯FACTS on my grand ma god bless her soul
