Today we tested out the tubski F-150 with it's new 88mm turbo... it rips up top, but it takes A WHILE to get into boost. We may need to look into a different option for this puppy!

About 2 years ago I started taking my health seriously and I got a head start on you guys. Went from 330 to 187 today. Best decision I ever made. Still have about 27 to go to get where I need to be. Side benefit - makes that race car faster, too! As long as you're eating healthy and getting proper nutrition, there's literally no downside to it. Great way to set a good example for your viewers Cleet!

It’s crazy how many guys lose a race that they would have won if they were 100 lbs lighter at their healthy weight.
In the past 6 months iv dropped from 293 down to 257 just by having only chicken in the morning, cutting as many carbs as I can throughout the day & lowering dinner portion sizes. Haven’t changed anything else. This is mainly because of a knee issue iv had for the last 8yrs & the pain meds/less exercise have made me put weight on.
Cleets been a big inspiration to keep going too

So proud of you boys. When I was 25 I weighted 320lbs, I’m a little over a year later I lost 175lbs and never felt better. Did it all naturally without and medications or surgery.

Unhealthy? Why? George lost the manboobs & looks 10 years younger. He was probably on a fast or keto diet. Those work wonders, with exercise or a dedicated balance, you can quickly lose weight.

I've been doing a bit of self improvement also. Last june i was 472lbs, im currently 348lbs. Exercising is the easy part, eating right is the real battle lol.
Yup, restraint is the toughest battle. You need to really mentally want it brother.
@maxpower1492that’s terrible advice. It’s like saying just throw any oil into your engine as long as it’s the right level. What you put in your body absolutely makes a huge difference.
@maxpower1492but if you’re eating really bad fast food you’re going to hit your calorie limit really fast, and if that’s all you’re eating you’ll feel like shit after a while, so you have to eat healthier too if you want to be able to eat a reasonable quantity of food and have some energy to do exercise.
@maxpower1492thats the hard part, eating even a small portion can not be enought you need to run like 5 miles to burn off half a snickers bar. Most people who arent active barely burn 1000 calories a day.

Great job y'all! When i originally lost weight i went from 242 to 168. I ballooned back up to 225 and got down to 158. Back up to 190 and currently sitting at 170 and happy... no crazy diets. Macros FTW! Keep it up Cleeter and the rest of the team!

Ironically I just started a 30 day self challenge this morning for detox and to drop weight. @@LimitR twin charged is a real pain in the arse bro. Very finicky to setup.........some people just wing it sometimes? But 99% of the time it's going to be fighting with it's self caused the super charger will try and turn the turbo backwards. Unless it's a positive displacement super charger but then you're just chasing other issues. Compound or Bi-turbo small and large.
Or for simplicity having 2 smaller turbos (1 for each bank of cylinders) would a total volumetric flow that is the same as the single or larger?
What I'd like to see is a quad turbo setup with a small and large turbo on each side.......but that's then just adding a stack of weight just to create more drivability (adding weight is going backwards).
Or just put a nice little 250hp shot of happy gas to spool might be all she needs?
Personally I like the grey give away F150 from last year. That thing was premium

awesome work on the weight loss guys. earlier this year, I took on a self improvement journey. I was 155+ kg's (345lbs), 3 months of diet shakes and more exercise, I lost 30kg's (66lbs). really is amazing how much better I feel once I had lost all of that. still plan to loose a bit more.
Running a twin turbo setup like midnight performances trucks would be dope. Midnight has their all out F150’s into the 7’s

set the antilag rev limit to like 3800 and once you get like 3 or 4 lbs, pull timing like -15 deg and just dump fuel to light that turbo up

I've been wanting to buy a single cab F150 for a minute (since the added port injection). I can't decide what would be better the 4wd or just buying the rwd and doing a some type of triangulated 4link.
I might be alone on this, but I love the supercharger setups more than the turbo setups on these coyotes. I hope you take the turbo off and go with that odin supercharger that neighbor has! Love to see what that supercharger could do at the track! Because on neighbor it rips!

i bought a 2020 4x4 shorty new in 2020 and 2 years ago i decided to put a whipple on it and it was a blast, but after seeing this truck for the first time, i knew i had to try a single turbo, and oh my god thank you guys so much for planting that seed in my brain, i just finished the build with a tkm block (cant recommend them enough, helped me out tons with the installation, the tuning and everything) same fuel system, and of course an 88ml. though i did decide to go with a garrett g55-1950 and wonder how it compares to the precision one you guys chose

Congrats to George. As someone who has lost significant poundage myself it takes incredible strength and willpower to lose that much weight. Also the F150 needs two or more spooly boys.
No it doesn't. It needs the same setup as the other truck. That one was way better
maybe keep the one, but downsize a bit. The truck is good, it just needs to be making the 1100+ with much less lag, or build it out more for more rpm to use that turbo.

A few years ago when I hit 215 lbs, I had the same realization. I remember how good it felt 3 months later stepping on that scale and seeing that I had lost 45 lbs!

@@Like_Ike keto worked really well for me, but do your research on how it works first. If you do it wrong you'll end up with very high cholesterol and very high sodium intake.

Plenty of late model F150’s with turbos working really well out there but I think a lot of them have twins rather than a big single. A Whipple or VMP like what’s on Neighbor would probably be the best setup for the street though in my opinion. 👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸

I went from 288lbs to 198lbs. Why? Started rebuilding my old Dodge Coronet. Turns out losing weight is real easy when the wife puts the food and car budget on the same list.

I’ve been on my own weight loss journey. Started out at 282 at 5’9” 😬 but I’m down to 255. I’ve got a long way to go but I’m excited that it’s encouraged my wife and she’s feeling better and we enjoy going to the gym together.
George is looking great!! Great challenge for everyone. Simple everyday changes can help you lose weight. Stop soda. Stop snacking. Control your portions and try to do more walking every day.
