Same for guys. The gym floor is prob the only place i never picked up women. Thats gym floor now I didnt say gym lobby. If i saw someone who looked good or we struck up a gym relationship i would ask her out after the workout but during my workout im focused.
90% of the time...No one is staring at you. You're just feeling insecure so you think everyone is staring at you. Or you are using a piece of equipment so incorrectly that it's hard not stare. But when any man tries to correct you, you say "I got this," even though you clearly don't got this.

Things I hate in the gym
- not controlling body odor then they leave behind sweat that stinks just as bad all over the equipment.
- men wearing tiny shorts that looks like underwear.
- people who don’t have a realistic view of themselves.
- people who hold conversations too long.
- people who workout in the very clothes they’ll wear all day.

I don't think they like it when people who look like they barely hit the gym give out advice on how to behave in the gym
The lifting community judges them because we are serious about what we do and if someone who isn't serious about this life then we don't want you to say anything about it, because you don't know what it's like
Grunting or making some type of noise while lifting, is usually caused because someone is exerting a lot of energy and it’s hard to prevent it. Which is especially difficult if someone is pushing a decent amount of weight for themselves.

Actually, grunting on a tough lift off gives you more power. It's like the Valsalva maneuver, which is basically when you hold your breath on a sticking spot to increase power. You'll actually attain about 30% more power by holding your breath at the sticking point. Grunting is just a cool way to do that. I only grunt on difficult sticking points. Then, I'm done grunting once I've gotten the weight off.

Deep! I wouldn't want anyone elses body. Thats the part of the gym, you can add whatever you like. Thats probably the most straight forward bits of wisdom Ive heard on the subject. If I want to add it or take it away, exercise is the way to do it. It doesn't mean you have to exercise but if you want to change something on your body its simply the proper way to get it done.
