How to use a boxing slip line correctly

In todays video for beginners boxing we look at how to use a boxing slip line correctly .
I’ve yet to see some on this platform teach the reason why
There’s plenty of how to but not why and why were throwing the punches we are
When you first learn how to box there’s a tonne of information to take in and I know this adds to that
But you may as well learn correctly how to do your boxing drills correctly from the start
Using a slip line is a great way to improve your boxing skills
It teaches you head movement , footwork , lane changes, and more importantly why we throw certain punches from certain positions
If your learning boxing from home, don’t have access to a boxing gym you can do this great boxing workout anywhere
Apart from a line you need no equipment
Your shadow boxing drills will get better as you have to in corporate fundamental boxing drills
Defensive head movement, footwork drills and boxing body mechanics
And once you start to understand which punches are more likely to land for better success in boxing in which lane , your boxing abilities will go through the roof
So use this boxing how to / tutorial to try and get a better understanding of something a lot of coaches don’t teach , lane theory
As always take your time and build it up step by step , just get the basics first , move forward and back
Add in some straight punches
Finally add in your hooks and uppercuts
And add this to your weekly boxing workout
