The Overwatch 2 "GGEZ" detail is awesome, the first time I ever encountered that was in CSS (counter strike source).
It was an admin mod that allowed admins to kind of mute a nasty/annoying player from typing in the chat.
Whatever they typed would just be redirected to a file that had a few hundred "nice things" written in it and the mod would auto select something nice and make that appear as their ingame chat. Every one shown from the footage is from that original CSS mod file or atleast all of those entries were on the list back when I used it.
Hey Capt, loved the video, especially loved the Chivalry 2 detail. I also have an Easter egg I recommend you cover: In the mobile game “Marvel Contest of Champions”, there are two characters in particular that share an egg, Cyclops and Havok (There’s two versions of cyclops in the game, both work for the egg). Basically what the egg is, is that if Cyclops and Havok are in a fight with each other and either character launches any of their special attacks, they will deal no damage to each other. This is because in the comics, Cyclops and Havok are mutant brothers and their power comes from the same source, thus their special attacks would only power each other up, so it’s a really nice touch made by the devs. It’s also mentioned nowhere in the game, no descriptions, no bios, nowhere at all, you have to do the fight to actually see it happen.
Okay, the Watch Dogs 2 detail with the dogs is cute, but on a less cute note is what happens if you're a heartless jerk and kill a dog's owner while hidden. The dog will straight up mourn their deceased owner and eventually curl up and lie down next to their body. It is heartbreaking and incredible in its attention to detail.

For the first one, there’s a similar thing you can do in Hitman. The Paris level (and the vineyard level in Hitman 3) has a reporter with her camera man. If you block the shot, they yell at you and when you move away they try again. Block them again, and he actually drops his camera

A very cool detail in Hogwarts Legacy, during the opening cutscene of the game the carriage is pulled by invisible creatures called Thestral's, who can only be seen by those who witness death. Well by the end of the cutscene you can now see the thestrals
It actually shows the moment they become visible, as well, but unless you know what Thestrals are, the whole scene makes no sense and its never explained openly to you. Very lovely detail.
Idk if you've ever played it, but the game biomutant has an amazing detail (and is an amazing game) where even tho your ears normally stick straight out, if it rains they become wet and lay down. Love the videos, keep up the great work

Amazing details Captain, and talking about details I wanted to tell you about the screaming guns that exists in the Borderlands Saga not only in Borderlands 2, they all react to some of your actions and sound different for example in the Borderlands 2, Borderlands the pre sequel and borderlands 3..
One of my favourite details from Lego Marvel’s Avengers are the unique transformation animations especially for Tony Stark/ Iron Man. As several of his armours have specific animations such as Stan Lee helping Tony with the Mark 1, the iconic transformations into the MK 5, MK 42, The Hulk Buster & Superior Iron Man. Whilst also other suits such as the MK 6, MK 40 (“Shotgun”), The Silver Centurion and the black stealth suit “Sneaky” have unique and funny animations too. Etc. Also, love the fact that Tony has access to his helmet’s HUD when choosing a suit.
There's another good one in Chivalry 2. On some maps there's a flute, and hitting the battle cry button makes you play it.
I loved how the dog called in for reinforcements 😂😂
The gg ez one has been in the game for many many years (in ow1) and i never gotten bored of writing it for fun
I'm sure some of the older Zelda games had similar details with the signs like in Death's Door, and I think Earthbound on the SNES did too... if I remember correctly. We're talking 20 if not 30 years ago for these...
In subnautica you can find a doll called weird doll in the broken lifepod many meters behind the Aurora, and its obvious who it is meant to be.

A detail I noticed in Little Nightmares 2 is on the chapter select. As you move through different chapters on the TV, the dial will turn as if you’re flipping channels.

Two of my all time Genius details are how in borderlands 3 Amaras tattoos re colour to the element your using and in fallout 4 how your flashlight changes to the colour of your pimpboy screen
7:18 So, the thing about the 70s TV show The Incredible Hulk, is that Lou Ferrigno didn’t play Dr. DAVID Banner (yes, that’s right, his name was David in the show) Lou played the titular, Incredible Hulk, the part of David Banner was played by Bill Bixby. IMO the Lego transformation would be way cooler if they showed a transition where the two characters were switched out, Instead of the spray paint bit. I still enjoy the homage nonetheless.
I guess they didn't have permission from Bixby' s estate to use his likeness or their couldn't get it to look right.

As someone who played Death’s Door and beat it twice, I love all the little Easter eggs and so forth that are hidden throughout it. It’s a great game and I recommend it.

Idk if its been done before or if it’s in the original but i was replaying Arkham City Return to Arkham, when you fight off Penguin’s thugs as Bruce you could see his battle damaged fists. I noticed it when Bruce called for his suit and the Riddler question mark on top of the church you could activate using your remote controlled batarang after Riddler kidnaps everyone in it

In Resident Evil 5 (any versions) if you play Mercenaries mode (united or normal) you can pick any characters.. and with every characters comes a scream after they die, all characters will scream the names of the character that died in action while only one character has something bad to say about the character that dies; Albert Wesker (midnight coat) I believe his alt costume also has the same but yeah... just wanted to share something of a "classic" games. It's pretty easy to overlook to those who don't pick wesker since there are pretty stronger characters with stronger weapons in game but yes. It's fun to get offended by Wesker after you die 🤣🗿
A similar detail in the same game: You can use a menu to request items or give other commands. The exact dialogue that plays depends on your character. They're mostly pretty standard but Rebecca is excessively polite & Wesker is ridiculously entitled. My favorite is Wesker's line when he wants an egg.

In hi fi rush when you replay the main story you get to a point where you lose to a mini boss in the 3rd track where you can get unique dialog by beating instead of fighting it normal use your summon to break the armor

Hey Capt, i don't know if it's a detal or if it's not, but when I played the very first Marvel's Ultimate Alliance, the enemies of a certain marvel character, focused way more often the attacks to that certain character, for example Scorpion, was more after Spider-Man, grey gargle was more often after Thor...
Also there are many mobile games with cool Easter eggs... When I remember one I'll send a comment with the game name, cuz i don't remember, one, but i have seen one or two

Spider-man miles morales had a really neat detail if do tricks and hit the ground and bounce off the pavement it will leave an exact imprint in the snow
So for the lego one, it would of been cool if Bill Bixby was bruce banner then when he changes to the hulk, he runs off screen then Lou Ferrigno shows up as the hulk in his place

one of my fav details in any game was in Stick fight the game if you try to say anything remotely sexist or homophobic or racist, it will say something like "Im being a bit sexist, i should call my mummy" or "its great that we can be who we want to be"
I realized something, but in Ghost Recon Breakpoint whenever you fight a sentinel soldier in regular clothes they'll say something like "take this you filthy animal" but if you wear Wolves Armor they say "eat s--t you filthy traitor" or something like that, need someone to confirm, please.

I know a really good detail you can cover and it comes from my favorite video game series of all times the dark pictures anthology series in the devil in me in the chapter cigarettes Charlie lonnit is in a bar room and one of the games that you can interact with is a animatronic bartender and the cigarettes machine the detail that I found was with the animatronic Barber if you walked up to him he will tell you where the cigarette machine is but Charlie says different dialogue if you decide to do the cigarette machine first and then you interact with the animatronic Barber and also when Charlie interacts with a cash machine to get change out of it and you go to the animatronic Bartender he'll say some more interesting dialogue
Hey, I found a cool little detail in Apex legends (hopefully you haven’t covered it 🤞) , when playing as Crypto and gliding into the map he has his hands in his pockets whereas all the others have them by their sides

NPC's react to your clothing. When you wear a pijama for example ppl are joking and say things like "nice piyama you wearing" or "during my time in Hogwarts uniforms looked different'

A few details I'm Hogwarts legacy I noticed:
The hamlet, called Upper Hogsfeild, there is a street performer. Not sure if this is linked, but if you give him money the next time you visit he upgrades his show. He even says how he got such things from the money you gave. He gets more instruments. Wasn't able to tell if the music changes.
When you pass a floo point she talks to you. If you have a companion she will say what are you two up to rather than her usual what are you up to.
There are stacks of books that if you bump the fall and pages fly everywhere then disappear like things do in games when broken. Different spells make it disappear differently. Hit it with a regular attack, pages fly everywhere but the burn as they fade. Hit them with incendio the whole pile burns ( you will get the difference when you see it). Hit them with confringo being an explosion they just disintegrate.
With that last detail I haven't tried other spells or to see if other destructible items act similarly.
In max pain 2 the sign above the brake room says rec room on it
If you go into one of the Steven universe in multiverses you can see a hand at the bottom of the map
