All purpose flour/maida : 1 and 1/2 cups (165 grams)
100 g sugar powdered sugar
Unsalted butter : 100 grams or 1/2 cup of oil
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Salt : 1/4 tea spoon
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Baking soda : 1/2 tea spoon
Warm milk : 1/2 cup /125 ml
1 tsp vinegar
yogurt : 1/2 cup/125 grams
Other ingredients-
Whipped cream
Sugar syrup (1 cup water + 2 tbsp sugar)
Fresh strawberries as required
Bake at 170/180 degrees for 20 mins or till golden and done
