I replaced my grill with a OEM Ford part. I did not totally remove the bumper, it looked to be too much of a pain to unhook all the wiring. I just unsnapped the tabs holding the old grill on and slid the new grill back on to those same tabs. Easy peasy. The video did help with the screw/fastener locations.
Any scratch, broken clips when installing the new grill? I got an aftermarket grill to replace the oem grill that broke in the middle and considering this method to do it fast.
Great video. I got my grill replaced, but having challenges on the drivers side with those two hard to reach screws. They don’t want to tighten all the way leaving a 1/2 in gap in the quarter panel seam. Have you run into this challenge? I’m baffled. Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Ford Fusion front bumper from a 2017 will fit on the 2015/16 Fusion? I'm thinkin on buying the 17 bumper so I can upgrade my 2015 front bumper (just for the look of the square fog lights)
Planning on doing this to a 2017 soon but I have a few questions. For tools do I only need a philips head, flat head, 5-15mm socket wrench, and 8-10mm sockets? And for the sensor issue you had. Will everything be fixed if I make sure it's all plugged in before re installing?
Where exactly would the “hood sensor be located” mine pops up all of the time and I bet it’s for the same reason as yours. I’m getting ready to take my bumper off in a few days!
I had to take the bumper off my 17 to replace a smashed grill today. Watched this video about 5 times beforehand. Got everything put back together, started the car...."HOOD AJAR". Dangit! Luckily managed to get to the connector through the wheel well without having to completely remove the bumper.
I just got a 2019 titanium and wanna do a black grill replacement like this. Any recommendations on where I can find one for 2019? It seems like that year's parts are a lot harder to come by than 2018 and older
Is this the same for a 16?? Also when you pull the bumper off is there room to disconnect all the wires? I saw another video where he removed the cover under the car to disconnect everything before he pulled the bumper, but that looks like a pain in the ass lol

There is also a damn fastener in between those 2 bolts holding the bumper on closer to the headlight

When it came to the bracket connected to the fender and bumper did you pull it off? if so from what angle?
Digg Network you have to unscrew the screws that holds the bracket on, once they’re off pull downwards and the bracket should snap off
try to pry the fender open and try to light up the inside so you can see, and just by feeling around you should find the two screws
