- In this video, we explore the second Neverwinter Nights expansion, Hordes of the Underdark. Can it still be enjoyed today? How does it compare with the other core campaigns?

Enjoyed watching and listening.Thanks!
This is my first video I’ve come across on this channel, and not even five minutes in and all I can think is how does this channel not have more subs? O-o
Yo thanks, I appreciate it. The channel has been around for a while, but I only started to really try to grow it about six months ago with my first gaming review of the first Baldur's Gate game.
Kinda underrated giving Deekin the talking dagger.
Managed to get him to around 51 AC by the end of the game.
Final boss actually struggled to kill him.
I think it's hilarious the narrator seems uncertain that outsiders/fiends can reform in their home planes when slain outside of them, when that's common knowledge that anyone who has studied the planes to even a cursory degree would know. It is neat to have a campaign with an archdevil in them. They make great opponents for high-level characters.
Yes it is. Great story, especially in HoTu. I completed it many years ago. Now i play with my wife, again through main campaign and both addons.
Definitely a fun expansion. I played a dwarf fighter/dwarven defender. I had a ton of damage reduction and an enormous hit point pool by the time I finished as well as hitting like a truck with my axe.
Undermountain gets pretty tedious but the Underdark itself is really good. It's so sad what happened to Aribeth though 😭
I don't usually use console commands (other than to fix bugs) because they undermine the challenge of actually playing the game, but meeting the Knower of Names after forgetting to sell all my expensive loot would sorely temp me...
Hordes of the underdark, almost saved Nwn.
Thanks for the video.
If you romance Aribeth she will not betray you..
I've been playing this on my Switch (the enhanced version with the included campaigns) since release and at first it was pretty slow and boring... but by Chapter 3 I'm loving the itemization/gearing.
So, you go all the way through SoU, and Hordes and you didn’t bother to buy all the true names? It’s pretty important to change some stories.
