She got great Vibrato going on, and her pitch and tone has gotten better, the fact that she can amplify her voice with these features shows she is confident and comfortable here.

Latavia was always my favorite out the group🙏🏼❤ All of them were dope! But I loved her voice, when they did those harmonies her vocals were very very noticeable and brought it all together 🙌❤
I never doubted that she could sing. It just seemed that there were never songs released that afforded LaTavia to display the talent that she harbored. Sort of like this amazing loop that they played on the video clip; it never displayed her range/ability. I was sitting here thinking I bet if given freewill with just that chorus she could do some stuff that would surprise us all. She sounds as if she has a phenomenal supportive vocal if she were to be performing in a group and a phenomenal voice if she were to be singing solo. The only thing that I wasn't expecting was for her voice to 1. Resonate from that low of a register and 2. For her voice to sound so soulful. I tell you one thing, just from hearing her sing that loop I can honestly conclude that she can out sing half of the discovered sisters out there today that are so called blessing the mic.
Because Mathew Knowles made sure the whole group was about Beyonce.

She sounds great to me! I’m proud of her progress!! Some of y’all on her dissing her can’t hold a note to save your life!!! She’s just building her confidence back...as a singer I too battled with this for a long time...people can be very critical like I see some of you are being in these comments and it makes you not want to sing at all...once she gets over her fears her confidence will build itself back up and she will do amazing things vocally!!!

Excuses Excuses When you're mad your true feelings come out. Beyonce wanted to say Latavia and Letoya couldnt sing once they left the group..but was all friendly when they were together. Letoya and Latavia never said anything bad about Beyonce their issue was With Matthew Knowles .
And Beyonce eventually found out how her father was too , that's why as of Today Matthew is no longer Kelly or Beyonce's Manager.

Farrah , LaTavia , Letoya leaving Destiny Child has damaged them in away that they are not confident singing you can see it in their voices and performances they are not the worst singers out there, while there are some rubbish out there making Millions but they just don't seem to be able to make it big it on their own. Lativa has one song she always goes to when singing and it's the exact one she is singing in the video. Last time I checked everybody has one good song that they sound good on even when u can't sing. Jessica Williams This isn't her "go to" song, India Arie's "Ready for Love" is. Which makes sense because it is in her mid range. Destiny's Child's old vocal coach said they could all sing. And you are correct LaTavia being Beyoncé's best friend at the time only made it into Destiny's Child because their vocal coach said he would work with LaTavia and Beyoncé wanted her there. She was originally a dancer and rapper, it doesn't mean she couldn't grow into a vocalist. She wasn't given the opportunity to grow and her dream was taken away twice, which left her without confidence. Beyoncé in a Vibe Magazine article said LeToya couldn't sing and we know she can. Why are you so hard on LaTavia?
