yes, kpop industry favors beauty alongside talent. if you have both, consider yourself lucky. or if you are lacking in beauty, you need to be extremely talented to break all competitions amongst you.
The only Indians who can pass in facial features will be those from Northeast since Korean audience is still not ready with idols having different facial features which are not East Asian. But as far as business goes, it is also true that Korean market is saturated and companies are looking for fans abroad. So, in future companies might have to loosen up the Korean beauty standard.

Yes they will accept you regardless of your age whatever your age is. But only on one condition and that is you have to be extremely talented and skilled that they could see your future in your audition performance

It will depend on the moment, if the judges are impressed by the foreigner during audition, any company will accept them as trainee
