Edmonton Job Centre Police and G4S Get Owned! Huge Walk of Shame

  • Hi Guys
I visited Edmonton Job Centre Plus. G4S tyrants try the bully tactics and soon get dismissed.
The Police were foolishly called and after trying and failing to infringe on my rights had to do the walk of shame not before educating the G4S fools.
In my opinion this is my best Audit yet. You can tell at the end of the video I was trying my best not to be so smug but failed.
    Great win for PINAC
    Enjoy the video

G4S have a history of failure and poor performance in delivering Government awarded contracts. Remember the Olympics fiasco. It would be interesting to find out if there are any Ministers with financial interests in G4S and who in procurement awards these contracts. It is good practice to share out and rotate these lucrative Government contracts with other service providers, this encourages better performance and higher standards in delivering the services. Hard to believe the public have no voice in their public buildings with access for the public, to ensure their own safety from aggressive individuals in public. Heavy on the word public! What's even more frightening is how the police automatically conspire from the beginning with the security without taking an independent and impartial stance to gain evidence in a potentially violent situation. BREACH OF THE PEACE. (U.K.)
    (THE REAL FACTS)
    FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
NOTE: This advice applies to England & Wales only.
    The Definition:
Breach of the peace is an act done or threatened to be done which either actually harms a person, or in his presence, his property, or is likely to cause such harm being done.
    If Arrested:
    1. You are not obliged to give any personal details.
    2. You are not obliged to give fingerprints.
    3. You are not obliged to give a DNA sample.
    The Law.
You can be detained or arrested for breach of the peace, but you cannot be charged with it, as it is not a criminal offencee and you must be released once the threat of the breach of peace has passed.
If you have actually committed a breach of the peace or are likely to further cause one, then you can be bound over by a judge for an agreed payable sum (approx £100) and period of time.
If you refuse to be bound over, you can be jailed for contempt of court for a few weeks or until you agree to it.
(This is not a conviction and will not be put on your permanent record.)
    End of Education.

Job centres now are not actually job centres. They are defacto police stations. In this case policing claimants regarding their work search activities in the space of less than 15 minutes. Pretty sure you can't walk in to them nowadays unless you have a specific appointment either which proves the point. They do have computers I guess but doubt most claimants can use them without a genuine case and very time limited. I genuinely believe signing on could now be done all over the phone with in person appointments kept for long term unemployed of over 6 months in any 10 year rolling period. We all have National Insurance records, they should be able to work out where we have been employed etc. And the present job centres can have all space saved from desks for open plan rooms where the public can come in a view job adverts and seek advice if they wish it.
They should abolish sanctions which are completely immoral. We are not prisoners to punished. In fact how is it fair that prisons nowadays they can live in a warm cell with basic food needs, away from wet and cold, and a person without any criminal record can potentially be withheld any money whatsoever for food. And that's it. Cold is bad enough but not hot food or hot drinks in winter for example? I've grown to absolutely detest this current conservative government. You can see they people they employ, all charlatans on a power trip. They clearly spend most of their day just walking around and often trying to intimidate vulnerable people in those places.

Hi L A, you do very well on this one, the staff member goes off to call the cops the security goon gets far too stroppy, has no intention of engaging in any sensible dialogue, according to him being a public place does not entitle you to do what you like!. How mad is that!.
Not for the first time I am seeing that people are doing what they think they should and this exposes serious weaknesses in the standard of training they get, it is possible that they have been told how to behave but have chosen to apply their own concept of what is right and wrong, if that is the case the responsibility for dealing with this remains with the employers, who for various reasons are not called to account for this outrageous behaviour.
The fact that they get more and more agitated by your refusal to comply with their demands is further confirmation of the dreadful lack of good training.
Very much the same thing shows up when the two cops arrive, they also do not actually know enough about the actual laws and regulations, on the one hand as a public place you can come and go as you please, since filming is not a crime they have no reasonable grounds to tell you to leave, how they fell about you doing anything you are lawfully allowed to do is not legal.
All the time this is going on the big cop man is happily filming on his BWC, is that different in some way?.
Then they will not verbally identify themselves, she does admit that she is not certain of what the legislation really is, perhaps she should have checked up on some of that before she came in!.
The perverted attempt at asserting a breach of the peace is just pathetic.
She has trouble with establishing the evidence, this surely means that she has none and until she does there is nothing she can demand of you.
The next bit with the 'unacceptable customer behaviour policy' is total nonsense, it has no legal foundation.
The security chap is struggling with coming to terms with reality, just because he has not had to deal with this issue before does not mean he can have his own way with it!.
Having eventually won the day she then tells you that she does not have to inform you about her BWC, in that case why has she got it on?, because if she has not told you before hand no footage can be used in evidence. That is the reason for the policy in the first place.
The last little point I would like to make is that while you did manage to hold your ground none of them will face any significant sanction for their behaviour they will all have learned something and at the very least will be less inclined to be so bad next time on the basis that lack of satisfaction is the ultimate deterrent!.
    Cheers, Richard.

After explaining what he's doing in detail, cop "what have you come where to do?"
    It's like they can't hear.
They have zero capacity for reason, and I genuinely mean that they do not have the capacity for the reason whatsoever.
They're just dialogue wheels. This is why the NPC meme hit so hard, because these people are literally NPC's. They're not even human.
They have a stock dialogue tree, and when there's something they don't have a response to, it just resets. They literally cannot even hear the words being said to them.
For example, the constant "I'm not going to argue..." statements. They'll say something like "this is not a public place" and then when it turns out that they don't know what that even means, and they're wrong, they just say "I'm not here to argue with you" - again, they don't want to argue about it because they genuinely *don't have the capacity* for logic at all! They can't argue it because they're literally *not capable of doing so!*
    They're NPC's.
    Zombies.
Just a series of inputs and outputs with zero intervention in between. Words go in, they select a response form the dialogue wheel, and spew it out regardless of the fact that it doesn't even match the input.
When they close their eyes, it's just blackness. Ask them to envisage an apple in their head and it's just black nothingness. They have no internal monologue at all, their heads are just empty. They're even scared of people who can actually think. It frightens them.
AI isn't beginning to sound like humans, it's that there are now a majority of people who sound like AI! They wouldn't even pass a Turing test. If you replaced then with an AI, no one would even notice, and I genuinely believe that's what's happened in recent decades. Millions of people are being born without any kind of a soul. No capacity for reason and logic. Just empty vessels.
IQ has plummeted so far that people don't even notice that they're surrounded by NPC zombies like these people.
